Mohave is Trump's best county (75-24) so this isn't as impressive as it looks for him.

Would really be great if Maricopa and Pima could count as fast and regular as these other Trump counties do so we can just get this over with.

It's a matter of scale.  These are the two largest counties in the state (Maricopa is the largest by far) and so have the most votes to count - about 2 million in Maricopa and half a million in Pima.

I would be more worried about this if Barr had "found" something with Durham.

They don't have to find anything, they're going to use this to challenge the electoral votes in the Senate, which McConnell seems all in on doing

Then he needs Murkowski, Collins, and Romney to back him in this scheme which seems dubious.

Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Mitt Romeny, and Ben Sasse need to switch political parties tomorrow. Even though they are conservative, they would likely be welcome in the Democratic party.

Trump is playing games now. He should know that flipping Ga isn't going to win him the election. He'd need Arizonia and Pa too.

We might be getting a Pima County drop soon. County officials said they'd have their first drop of provisionals done on the 9th. Granted, its the 9th and we've heard nothing from Pima.

LOL, yes, the "suppression" polls that led to record turnout on both sides!

Given how many states Trump's challenging, it's time to ask what I asked months ago and never got an answer to--while the courts are clearly not giving Trump victories he wants, what happens if he continues to keep the states tied up in the appeals process, and thus prevents MI/AZ/PA/GA (states that have R legislatures) from certifying their results before the December 8 deadline?

The cases will get expedited through the courts or dismissed outright.

The courts will eventually tell him to F off.

I can't speak for the other states, but in Georgia the legislature is not involved in the process:

Quote
(b) The Secretary of State shall also, upon receiving the certified returns for presidential electors, proceed to tabulate, compute, and canvass the votes cast for each slate of presidential electors and shall immediately lay them before the Governor. Not later than 5:00 P.M. on the seventeenth day following the date on which such election was conducted, the Secretary of State shall certify the votes cast for all candidates described in subparagraph (a)(4)(A) of Code Section 21-2-497 and upon all questions voted for by the electors of more than one county and shall no later than that same time lay the returns for presidential electors before the Governor. The Governor shall enumerate and ascertain the number of votes for each person so voted and shall certify the slates of presidential electors receiving the highest number of votes. The Governor shall certify the slates of presidential electors no later than 5:00 P.M. on the eighteenth day following the date on which such election was conducted. Notwithstanding the deadlines specified in this Code section, such times may be altered for just cause by an order of a judge of superior court of this state.

This is dangerous behavior befitting a toddler, not the President of the United States. -_- He needs to be renounced and reprimanded by any of his supporters who have a head on their shoulders still.

So based on the wording Kemp at least can't just unilaterally say screw it and refuse to certify it or appoint his own electors?

They are Republican for one reason and one reason only: their donors are counting on them to make sure people die if they can't afford health insurance. No way they ever leave unless their hearts grow three sizes from the cold blocks of ice that currently inhabit their bosoms.
