Why are Arizona Republicans the only ones still losing their minds over this? Even Mastriano conceded.
Compare the temperatures of Phoenix today to Philadelphia. Big difference. Heat causes anger and presumably grievance politics.

That can't possibly be the explanation.

That's what the most egregious thing about this whole "act" is. It's just that - a total act.

So is she just a grifter or did something happen that melted her brain between 2017 and 2020?

I mean, some people can genuinely change their political beliefs. Fhtagn comes to mind here since she was a Jill Stein 2016 supporter.

She claims she loved Reagan (even though she wasn't even a teen when he was first elected), she was a registered republican up until the Obama years, she donated to his campaign, then she became a Trumper. Something like that, anyway.

A grifter and attention whore that has no core and just says whatever plays with the party base at the moment in time. Sounds pretty much like the female version of Trump himself. This isn't really about politics or issues, just grifting, attention and a cult of personality.

It’s not an act. People around her have said that she genuinely believes that the 2020 election was stolen and she truly believes her own BS. She truly got sucked into the cult between then and now.

At least CA has the excuse of having a ton of votes to process.

The second and presumably final day of the hearing in Kari Lake's lawsuit to overturn the election is ongoing.  Garrett Archer (https://twitter.com/Garrett_Archer) and Democracy Docket (https://twitter.com/DemocracyDocket) are both live tweeting it.  My impression so far is that Lake's lawyers have established that there were certainly some problems in the election in Maricopa County, but they've fallen very far short of the necessary bar of proving there was intentional misconduct that affected a sufficient number of votes to change the outcome.

Maybe some states need a few Germans, French or Canadians to run their elections, when we have the results the next morning. Heck, even Brazil can count over 100 million votes from a country that's 47% of South America's total size in a matter of a single day.

What they need is to put in money and resources. There's really no secret. You need to hire more poll workers, open more polling centers, etc.

She's certainly got an ego to match her idol Trump.
