So Lake is the nominee? I checked Wikipedia before I went to sleep yesterday night and she was down. Thought maybe she doesn't make it.

If so, Lean R -> Pure tossup.

When is the GOP primary expected to be called?

Seems very likely Lake got this. High risk-high reward race for Dems now. Ugh.

CNN called it too. Uggh, guess we're stuck with her for 3 months.

4 years is for sure a possibility.

Lean R -> Pure tossup

Now this does put a smile on my face

Tbh, this is fascist rhetoric. The GOP has really gone totally authoritarian. I dunno whether I should laugh or cry about "statements" like these.

Yup, the new line of talking points is just "every result I don't like must be voter fraud." These people are so deranged, it's almost causing me cancer. Hopefully enough AZ voters are smart enough to reject this moron.

Not sure it matters, but good. I disagree with Kinzinger on >90% of issues, this is the right call though.

Hobbs refusing to debate has to be one of the biggest campaign own-goals this cycle.

Yup, I agree. Backing out of debate makes you look weak; and voters tend to like people that act like winners. In that regard, R-politicians and candidates are often better than D-candidates. GOPers often seem full of self-confidence, even if they're trailing in the polls by double digits.

Does anyone know how the remaining votes will break?

I feel like nobody can seriously answer that question.

It's kind of pathetic how all these MAGA candidates try to imitate the orange buffoon that they even use @real... as Twitter username. Someone tell me that isn't a cult of personality.

LOL, sore losers.

This is like Dems blaming the influx of older, conservative whites from the Midwest into FL on their losses there. Own the loss, do some autopsy and move on.

This must make Mr. Trump proud. He did the same with Neil Young's "Rockin' in the free world" during his 2015 announcement.

Kari Lake literally told "McCain Republicans" to go and f-- themselves. No wonder they're not voting for her.

I guess the ~500 vote difference for AG is too much to expect a different outcome? Why is that one even closer than Gov and SoS?

2026 Hobbs vs Yee. Book it. Yee is an amazing Candidate. Hobbs will have a huge problem.
Yee tried to run for Governor last year and flopped hard dude. Republicans didn’t want her.

Yeah, winning a primary will be hard for Yee. Not to mention, I won't say her performance wasn't impressive this year, but she also seemed to really benefit from being the only "sane" Republican on the ballot.

Yup. And even if Yee manages to win the primary, Hobbs might be popular enough to win reelection, with 4 more years of trends in a state like AZ. Not surprising to read this from 2016, who tends to make hackish predictions.

A grifter and attention whore that has no core and just says whatever plays with the party base at the moment in time. Sounds pretty much like the female version of Trump himself. This isn't really about politics or issues, just grifting, attention and a cult of personality.

What a bunch of effing losers.

While that Tweet is nearly 2 months old, the dude continues to rant about voter fraud in most recent ones. These people are completely lost.
