I understand why politically non-educated people are confused.

You cannot have a results reporting page like GA, which says 100% of precincts are in, and then several reports that have different estimates of additional ballots left.

That’s why it would be better not to release ANY vote dump updates at all, just a final state result in every election !

Tweets like this are going to get innocent people killed. Someone needs to take away his phone before he causes a violent attack from his supporters.

CNN saying 140,000 left to count in Philly, 28,000 in bucks.

and the key here is: is it 140k left to count as of *this moment*? As in, there could've been like 50K counted overnight that just haven't been reported yet, and that doesn't even reflect any of the 140 that are still left to count.

Note that there are many many outstanding ballots in SE PA outside of Philly, and Biden has been winning absentee in these areas heavily.  There are more than enough votes out for him.

Ah, there it is.

Also, the count is what's potentially going to save you in Arizona, you stupid stupid man.

Yep. If the count everywhere stopped right now, Biden would win 270-268.

Perdue/Ossoff is certainly going to a runoff, Perdue is over 50 by only 5k right now

This combined with late California returns saving CA21, 25, 39 and 48 would be measure of relief in a dismal downballot year.

I imagine the Trump campaign will continue to file lawsuits throughout the day, but I do not see any of them being successful because, as most know, you need evidence of fraud to be successful. Merely saying there is widespread fraud will not cut it.

The lawyer has spoken. Actually it is more about process than fraud I suspect. Not checking signatures  to see if they match for example is a process problem.

lmao

Even Fox News has limits and Trump has reached them.

Between this and McConnell's comments, seems pretty clear Trump has indeed been thrown under the bus by the GOP and their donor class now that he is no longer of use to them, as I suspected. They will not support him in his efforts to steal this election, and the Supreme Court sure as hell won't.

Then Trump, Giuliani, all of their careers will be over.

Oh i know. I just think context is important for people here. The networks and outlets aren't really being specific in terms of counted/processed/reported etc, as we saw with the GA stuff this morning

I know it's an old theme at this point, but the fact remains that directly attacking the election process he has sworn his Oath of Office to upload is, in and of itself, an impeachable act.

McConnell is probably the happiest man in America right now.

Both parties need a wake up call

NY is a red state without NYC
IL is a red state without Chicago

CA is to the left of NY and IL......

GA is going Blue, and Republicans put to trash gay marriage and abortion in the garbage.

Martina White and Nicole Malliotakis should be the template for the GOP going forward, Northern ethnic law and order, not Marsha Blackburn's rigid social conservatism.

Or, at the very least, it seems you would need a margin that is so small (we're talking less than a tenth of a percent), it's possible that a systematic reporting error could account for such a discrepancy.

That makes sense too. I have not taken the time to check on what grounds these lawsuits are being filed on aside from the 53 late ballots that the Trump campaign alledges Georgia accepted.

I think it's pretty clear that Nevada is NOT a Likely D state like Colorado or Virginia but still a battleground for the time being.

I Want To Believe, but isn't this the hack who "counter-hassled" that pro-life protester a couple years back?

This is a state legislator.

Exactly. Not that Team Trump will not try, but it will look even more frivolous to file lawsuits if the margin of victory, say, in PA, is over 150k votes.

At long last, Trump's real nemesis is revealed:

Nate Cohn just said some of the election day in Philly is out, along with them being known for having high numbers of provisionals.  That might explain the 140k

It’s the HWC swings.
