To be fair it retrocession only happened because Alexandrians were worried that slavery would be abolished in DC. So I agree, retrocession was a moral wrong that has long needed to be corrected!

I would put the PA court races miles above NYC, tbh.  (Obviously biased by residence here, but we had a once in an almost decade opportunity to build an unshakeable majority on the Supreme Court, and get close to flipping the Superior.  Terms are 10 years with only a retention hurdle to clear to keep your seat)
