Personally, I don't know which side I fall on here, though I like the fact it seems a lot of evidence was brought to bear. But if we still get a weak case and it goes to trial and fails, it is worse than if he never got indicted at all.
I don't care about Trump going to jail or not. There are more important things in the equation.

Regardless of what Trump is indicted for and wether or not he'll be convicted, he is certainly deserving of an indictment. The man belongs in jail for the irreparable damage he's done to our country.

It doesn’t matter what Florida does as the DOJ would just extradite him then and they have jurisdiction over the entire nation .

He has to present himself to the court in Manhattan within a certain time period (to be agreed upon between his attorneys and the court itself). He'll only be arrested if he doesn't.
