Wow, those HDL numbers!

Good for him. My HDL was once like 35 even after getting really low with body fat. I’m on a statin at my age. My HDL is like 45 now.

So I just noticed that Oz has not led in a single poll post-primary.

A question to my Atlas research peeps: can anybody think of a candidate (for a statewide or federal seat) who has won despite never leading in a single poll (assuming more than one or two polls).

They led in a few pollsters, but WI Sen 2016 and ME Sen 2020 and NC Sen 2020 remind of this. VA Sen 2014 was close to this as well.

Yes, if polling continues to go downhill, this will probably become an increasingly common phenomenon.

This is really awesome to see. Temple University Hospital workers were striking today and Fetterman showed up in support spontaneously. This type of stuff will go a long way in helping him with Philly, which is the one spot I think he needed the most work.

Might be the first time I've noticed Fetterman's height.  How tall is he??

Oz is clearly still dealing with terrible favorability among Republicans and/or low enthusiasm. He was on Fox during the day yesterday and he's on Hannity tonight.

Fetterman is hosting an event in Philadelphia:

Another event with Dwight Evans (also in Philly) will take place tomorrow.

Tbf to Oz, it seems like these may be two different kinds of events:  Fetterman's was a rally set up specifically for him, while Oz just happened to be a bonus feature at a pre-existing....thingy (I know, me MD, me have good words).

There was (and still is) some weariness of how Fetterman will/has connected with black voters, so this was an interesting read.

There's never been any doubt that Fetterman would overwhelmingly win the black vote, just like any Democrat would. It's just a matter of whether he can energize turnout among black voters, in sufficient numbers, to boost his margin of victory over Oz. And it seems like he's managing to "patch up" his issues with them.

Just saw an Oz ad during the Eagles' game (RIP Carson Wentz) pelting Fetterman for his support of student loan forgiveness.

During one scene, the ad showed a steel worker with a hard hat wiping his brow and decrying that hard-working tax payers would have to pay off the student loans of "gender studies" majors and "bartenders with blue hair".

I have mixed feelings about student loan forgiveness, but the ad's message that only blue-collar workers pay their taxes was equal parts laughable and enraging.

Oz ran an ad during the ad of today's Eagles-Commies game hitting Fetterman on his support for total student loan forgiveness. He appealed to the sociocultural concerns of industrial trade union workers who shouldn't fun the "gender studies majors of liberal snowflakes". While this may rile up support among >65 voters I'm skeptical as anecdotally most union employees tend to have college enrolled kids. Oz doesn't seem to understand a lot of those blue-collar folks want their kids to move up into the professional class.

I think Fetterman should hit on Oz's Medicare privatization proposals/opposition to insulin caps. That's how Casey attacked Smith in 2012 (albeit via tying him to the Tea Party impulse which has since disappeared from the political zeitgeist) and Fetterman making those types of attacks should appeal among New Deal-era >65 Dems.

It's too late for Mastriano and Masters and Oz and Dixon we are leading by 6 or more pts and Early voting is underway even for Vance they need at least a 6 or 7 pt lead to withstand Early voting and Johnson too he only has 2 pts and that's not enough because Molinaro had an 8 pt lead especially in blue states, just like Laxalt 3 pt lead or Walker 2 pt lead isn't gonna hold due to VBM

Molinaro had an 8 pt lead even in a blue state NY and lost that's what Rs need in a blue state to withstand Early voting or VBM Laxalt, Johnson don't have that, that's why it's a 303 map with wave insurance

I'm assuming there were no Fetterman ads then during the game. Fetterman/Ds really need to step the ad game up. Not having an ad play during todays game is a total sin.

Nope.  Didn't see any.
