Isn't Trump actually exceeding his 2016 percentage in West Virginia? He won every county there as in 2016.

It's currently 68.2% Trump - 30% Biden.

So about the same as in 2016, with Biden only doing marginally better than Clinton. Those polls purporting to show Biden in the upper 30s were clearly off.
