Apparently there is another debate tonight but Walker is not going?

LMAO is this the behavior of someone who “won”
the previous debate?

Correct, it's between Warnock and Chase Oliver, the Libertarian.  An empty podium will be there for Walker.  See Twitter thread at https://twitter.com/bluestein/status/1581781614132011008.

Katie Hobbs doesn't debate > death knell for her campaign, everyone obsesses over it
Walker refuses to debate, has an empty podium tonight > meh, whatever!

Anyway... this has shades of the Ossoff debate now

Walker is a terrible candidate, and I've made no secret of my disdain for him. He's going to cost Republicans a winnable race in Georgia, just as much as Hobbs is going to cost Democrats a winnable race in Arizona.

Anyone who had Walker "winning" that debate on Friday should be ashamed.

The problem is Warnock isn't the best debater either and refuses to go for the jugular. Walker barely met the very low expectations set for him, but he did meet them.

A Warnock win is still likely, but the chances of a runoff went up a tad.

Warnock apparently evaded a number of questions at the debate, such as whether or not he thinks Biden should run for re-election. Walker, at least, flat out said that he would support Trump if he ran again and even called him a friend. So on that front, he was more honest. I've said before that there are "no saints in Georgia", as both Warnock and Walker have their problems. But Warnock is the lesser of two evils, and despite my disagreement with him on the abortion issue (and because of Walker's hypocrisy on the same), that's why I support his reelection.

Wasn’t that Michael Scott’s later-ego in The Office?

Don't get me wrong, I think Walker should have debated here. However, there was literally a debate between them just 3 days ago so it's not as big of a deal as avoiding any debate at all.

Not to mention the fact debates, especially non presidential ones, dont matter unless there is some megaviral moment.

Alright then why is it so bad that Hobbs isn't debating?

It really doesn't matter at all as you suggest, but this debate was actually the first one on the calendar.  Walker ducked it before finding a more favorable venue in this debate a week later.

He just debated Warnock three days ago…?

I agree that senate candidates should have to debate at least once and preferably twice.

They are debating like they normally use to in the past and Warnock said he didn't know if he would support Biden in 24 is that gonna end his campaign mo but Walker did well in the debate and can wind up like he was in the past needing a runoff to save his seat

None of this matters. We live in the darkest timeline, so Walker will win.

If Oz or Walker win, the Democratic Party will be forgotten until the end of the Decade barring a rapid comeback.

If they both win, there just isn’t a way forward.

I’m not saying either are going to win but if they do, either Democratic officials are really that socially inept/dumb or voters are looking at them like they are on the wrong planet.

Some of this was already coming when Sinema blocked the Voting Rights Act, this isn't news anyways, there was no hope to save the H once Sinema blocked Voting Rights, the Rs write themselves a favorable Congressional map
