Trump's lead in GA is now +3,635. Clayton, Gwinnett, Forsyth left to go.

Forsyth just reported and Biden netted 159 votes. Trump's lead is now +3,486. Clayton, Gwinnett plus a few hundred left in Cobb to go.

Biden needs about 62% of the mail in votes from these counties to take the lead. He almost certainly will get that given Clayton is a huge chunk of the remaining vote.
Is there anything outside of this like provisionals and last minute mail ins?

Both provisionals and some overseas military I think

How are these expected to go?

*rolls out 55 gallon drum of lotion*

It’s gettin’ real.

I just wanna say, as a gay man, I'm looking forward to future updates.

Fellow gays represent!

Atlas baybee! I got here the year I realized I was gay and this was the first place where I really knew a significant amount of LGBT people.

I’m here, I’m gay (albeit with a bi-cycle) and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

At this point, I would like all the forum gays to identify themselves.

Reporting for duty!

What % of mail-ins from Clayton are likely to be for Biden? 93%?

Above 90 for sure.  It's the most Democratic county in the state.

Nice to meet you, too! I never knew there were so many fellow gay political junkies out there. For some reason, I find that encouraging.

Is Clayton expected to drop their ballots tonight? (Sorry, I had an online class so I was out of the loop hehe)

Obviously I think a lot of his base still believes his allegations of widespread fraud, but I think that even this is a little too desperate for some of his supporters who are starting to become disillusioned with him. The final nail in the coffin is when he'll either concede pathetically or refuse to concede despite it being clear he has lost.

The final nail will probably be GOP leaders/elected officials call on him to concede. If Pat Toomey is acknowledging that Trump is likely to lose, then he likely does not have the votes for a legislative coup in PA, or even the support from state GOP leadership for it to happen. It also means he might not have five SCOTUS votes.
Even if Donald Trump was caught with either a live boy or a dead girl in his bed, Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh will still support him in any election disputes.

Good thing none of these lawsuits are serious enough to make it up to the SCOTUS.

Bingo! This is the best news I have heard. Not just because it means Trump is probably losing, but because our country won't approach literal civil unrest over a blatantly stolen election.

I remember watching McCain's speech live. I know he had some neocon views that I completely disagree with, not to mention other policy areas. But, at least I could know he was a decent man who was in politics to advocate positions that he truly believed were good for the country. With Madison Cawthorn's...interesting"take that Libs!" tweet following his election, it further reinforced my feeling McCain was a type politician that's quickly fading away as younger generations enter politics. Not that I blame my generation completely, they've grown up in a completely polarized country. Increased polarization was in progress long before Millennials were born.

I too remember watching McCain's speech live. I was so disgusted with him when he gave up so easily and immediately began to resent him as the exact type of people we needed to remove from the party. My mother was going on and on about the beauty of the peaceful transition of power, and I was just like "Get out of here with that, fight these illegal votes". My teachers tried to convince me that it was over the rest of the school year, but I was unwilling to concede even after the illegitimate inauguration.

Thankfully we have a new generation that is willing to stand up for the right side of history.

Not sure why we're doing this in this thread (though it's certainly better than Trump's whining), but I'm proud to call myself a part of the Atlas gay community as well.

The only 2 remaining counties are Clayton and Gwinnett right? What percentage of the remaining vote is from Clayton, and how much in favor of Biden should Gwinnett be?

Any Republican reactions to that mess other than Hogan and Santorum? Marco Rubio is trying his best to have it both ways, but that's all a quick search found for me.
