So CA-25 goes to Garcia, NJ-7 goes to Malinowski and god knows where NY-22 lands.

WOW,
all of the sudden this now looks more promising for Mike Garcia. 371 Vote-lead! How many Ballots are left to count! Can't be too many now!
On Sunday the Ventura county manager said that there were only around 2700 votes remaining in the whole district, that would mean there's only 500 or so votes left. I'm shocked they announced already, I wasn't expecting until they finished counting today.
LA County has only about 64K left to count for the entire County and CA-25 has only 6.3 Registered Voters in LA County. This really looks promising for Mike Garcia and for you keeping your job. I don't want to jinx it but Smith needs 56 % herself in the Final Update on Friday to make this up.

No need to worry about jinxing -- it's over. Impossible for Smith to make up the gap

Yea, she needs 56% presuming that there's around 4200 left, which presumes that CA-25 has been counted at the same rate as it's percentage of the population, if the Ventura county manager is right, which, having just reread it, and now makes me doubt it being right, there were 2479 votes remaining across the whole district, that would mean there is just 238 votes left in the district, meaning, and I really hope she's right, that would mean Mike would win.

You sure? It's LA County after all! I don't trust anything coming out of that Democratic Bastion until everything is counted!

It’s over for smith

Not only is Ventura not done counting, which will further pad Garcia’s lead, but she would need a margin out of LA dumps that she hasn’t gotten before.

Now it looks really promising for Mike Garcia!

Incredible, Republicans might win back 4 Democratic-heald Congressional Seats in California of all places (CA-21, CA-25, CA-39 and CA-48)

Rex Parris will find enough ballot boxes to get Garcia over the line

I'm really curious as to how much Biden won NJ-07 by. I'm still holding out hope until it's actually over.

This is insane. There is no excuse for a Democrat losing a race in CA-25.

@RollRoons,
Now waiting on Kern County regarding CA-21 Race. T. J. Cox needs massive Ballot Dump in his favor otherwise David Valadao will get his old job back.

Commision should probably draw one GOP sink in OC Tongue

Maybe so. Or just an Asian Belt seat which will swing wildly back and forth? Waiting for precinct results...

Having lived in Chenango county, it is probably one of the most Trumpiest parts of New York State imaginable.

Yeah. Kern will be the moment of truth, but Valadao looks favored by all accounts.

Smith is just a terrible candidate. I'm hoping Garcia is pretty entrenched by two years from now and can hold on against a decent candidate - he seems like a genuinely impressive guy.

Let this (and CA-50) be a lesson that moderate heroism and punching left does not give you an automatic win.

Sure the D's could sweep OC again but the thing is not in 2022 . The problem is figuring how to connect Yorba Linda to the other GOP parts in a logical manner. I mean yeah Huntington beach with Long beach works fine.

If I was the commission I would probably draw a sink for Steel. Maybe suck some of the redder areas of 45 into 42. Better safe than sorry.

Somehow that's the impression that developed in this race. Even though, with all due respect to Lord Drachir, Garcia the most superficial candidate I have ever seen in my life. I mean, he just isn't a very smart person. Unlike Christy.
