Not it isn't. AZ is about to flip. There are glitches in Michigan being reported. One county was a 6k vote error.

They were premature, even if Biden ends up winning Arizona. Fox has form for this, they called Wisconsin for Trump way too early last time (before they even called Iowa I think) and they got rather lucky in getting that correct given the final margin.

Basically Arizona should be uncalled for now, whilst Pennsylvania and Nevada should be called for Biden thus formally declaring him the next president (edit: Fox just did the latter as I was typing Cheesy).

We don't know how many late votes there are in PA that are the subject of a Pub lawsuit that has some merit however, and the Philly elections official stonewalled when asked about that. Yes, the odds are very high that the number is insufficient, thereby mooting that case. But it would be nice to know the number of such ballots that were counted. And now Fox News calls PA, the same outfit that called AZ. Ha!

The late votes have been segregated and are not in the current count. Even if they were all thrown out Biden still wins.

Clearly the Fox decision desk really screwed things up by calling Arizona.  Under the same criteria, I’m sure they wanted to call NV a while ago, but didn’t want to be the only network to declare Biden the winner.

NC can count votes that come in over the next week; PA has a limited number of ballots and no new ones.

We know we aren’t likely to get 100,000 Biden ballots in NC but it causes uncertainty.
