Events to our east are proceeding rapidly. Many honest citizens of the southern States have appealed to me to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil. For too long has the nation turned a blind eye to the menace of tyranny growing daily stronger in the dark lands beyond the Mississippi. I say, on behalf of all the Western people, we will not abandon our brothers and sisters to the cruel intents of the Slave Power. We will now allow the the rights and liberties of the people to be gnashed in the bloody maw of the Nashville government.

Many have pleaded for this government to lend military support to the cause of the republicans protesting a stolen election. They observe that we are the greatest military power on this continent, and that none can withstand our righteous wrath. I am a man of peace. I love peace as I love the constitution and the federal Union. And I call on all parties to advocate for the just recognition of their rights by all means afforded to them by the law and the constitution of the federal Union.

This government will shortly be in contact with the legitimate authority to ensure the peaceful and democratic transfer of power to a new administration.

I am informed that Lazy Louis (seen below posting his Ls online) has raised the hideous banner of INSURRECTION in the southern States, and has ordered by the supposed power of his office the southern national guards to forsake the natural obedience they owe to the constitution and to oppose the lawful progress of the court's order by force of arms.

I am instructed by the president to demand that the authors of this conspiracy lay down their arms and surrender themselves to the federal authorities. I speak with the full might of the Law and the power of the government.

I believe in regional rights. But the Nashville government is an imperialist power, so it is impossible for them to have rights.

I am a man of peace; I love the constitution and the federal Union. I have knowingly made no orders or decrees which violate that constitution, to which this office is my testament. I will make no orders which would violate the peace, except as are necessary to preserve it.

If Lazy Louis will not surrender, the president has ordered me to enforce the Laws of the federal Union and the courts order. This we will do with the might which bespeaks a righteous cause.

It's stunning that so many prominent leftists support regionalism to the point of even nullification when they are holding the reins of power but when they are not, then the federal government should reign supreme. Wulfric and the PPT seemed to favor the legislation but have now turned against it. It is stunning that no prominent leftist will consistently stand for the unborn and that the leftist cartel is unified in their hypocrisy, in their belief in nullification and centralized power, in anti-democracy efforts and "democracy," in justice and the Constitution and rejecting and refusing the rule of law, in "defending the unborn" and laying down arms (so to speak) to the tyranny of a group of Nyman judges who believe that a region does not have the right and the duty to protect its youngest and most vulnerable residents.

There is a saying in my country, to speak softly and carry a big stick. I do not speak so softly, and I carry a bigger stick.

I have come to Avdiivka, to see what is the situation in eastern Ukraine, and what are the stakes for our allies, the free peoples of eastern Europe. The truth is far graver than I could have imagined.

I am reminded of a like hour in my own country's history. And I am reminded of what was said at that hour, by the great orator Patrick Henry.

"Gentlemen may cry, 'peace! peace!' But there is no peace. The war is actually begun."

I have said this government is for the people. We are for all the working people of the world. And we will not stand by in the face of this intolerable aggression from Moscow. No, we will not stand by.

We must ask what is the nature of the conflict in Ukraine? It is an imperialist war waged by the Moscow government against a free and independent state. For years, Moscow has desired to control this country. They have rigged elections. They have invaded Ukrainian sovereign soil. They have put arms in the hands of domestic terrorists. This they have done to strike fear in the hearts of Ukrainians, and to bring their representatives to heel.

But the people of Ukraine are not frightened. They still maintain their independence and their right to exist. They will continue to defend it, even in the face of terror and invasion.

We are told to fear this Russian president, Vladimir Pudding. But he is not a real man. He is a coward, or he would come out and face me, and we would settle this issue of Ukrainian independence right now.

The people of Ukraine are much beloved by Atlasia. We too fought to defend our rights and independence against an imperial power. We shall not abandon them in their hour of need.

I say that if Moscow is determined to have war, this government will use every power at its disposal to destroy her legions and frustrate her designs on this country.

We have beaten the Russians once before. We will do to Moscow what we did to the Chinese communists and the imperial Japanese.

We will leave no stone unturned in the quest for peace. But should Moscow break that peace a third time, we will destroy them so completely Russia will never again be a world power.

BESTIALITY IS A SIN ACT

1. The Stopping Animal Sexual Abuse Act shall be amended as follows:

Section 1 (Title and purpose)

i. The title of this Act shall be, the "Stopping Animal Sexual Abuse (SASA) Act."

ii. Whereas, the Bible, our ultimate moral arbiter on Earth refers to bestiality as perversion and asserts those who engage in it are cursed, now therefore, the Southern Chamber of Delegates does hereby pass this act to protect the public health and morals of the Southern Region.

Section 2 (Uniformity of laws on bestiality)

i. Bestiality shall be classified as a misdemeanor felony punishable with up to one years' imprisonment and no more than $25,000 in fines in all States and external territories of the Southern Region. Any person convicted of bestiality may be ordered to attend an appropriate treatment program or obtain psychiatric or psychological counseling.

ii. Bestiality is defined as knowingly:
 
(a) engaging in sexual contact with an animal;

(b) causing another person by force, threat, or intimidation to engage in sexual contact with an animal;

(c) advertising, soliciting, offering, selling, purchasing, or possessing an animal with the intent that the animal be subject to sexual contact with a human;

(d) permitting sexual contact with an animal to be conducted on any premises under your ownership or control;

(e) producing, distributing, publishing, selling, transmitting, financing, possessing with the intent to distribute, publish, sell, or transmit, or making any attempt to produce, distribute, publish, sell, transmit, or finance an obscene item depicting a person engaged in sexual contact with an animal.

iii. Section 7 of the Sex Crimes Amendments Act is hereby repealed.

iv. Each State in the Southern Region shall be free to decide if, following a conviction for bestiality, the victim animal shall be euthanized in accordance with Leviticus 20:15-16.

Section 3 (Animal abuse registry)

i. A Southern Animal Abuser Registry (SAAR) is hereby established as a compendium of persons convicted of the abuse, neglect, or maltreatment of animals, including but not limited to acts of bestiality.

ii. All persons so convicted, as well as all persons convicted of the maltreatment of animals under the laws of the Republic or another region, state, territory, or local jurisdiction thereof who shall reside in the South, shall be required to register with the SAAR.

iii. Registrants shall be prohibited from owning an animal, sharing the same place of residence with an animal, or performing paid or unpaid labor related to the care of animals.
iv. The above two clauses shall be in effect for a person registered in the SAAR for up to ten years. After this ten year period has lapsed, their registration will be removed from the SAAR.
