Today I met with our brave fighting men and women who are defending the peace in Frémont. As we carry on our war against Wulfricism, the hollow threats of a few disorganized subversives will not disrupt the rule of law and the progress of the constitution. My government stands prepared to do whatever is necessary to maintain law and order and to preserve the glorious union. We have the mightiest military on the continent: the only organized fighting force from here to Canada, armed and ready to defend our freedoms. It is then more remarkable that Frémont has never used her might to coerce the loyalty of her people. In the twilight of history, Frémonters stand united against the quarreling and crumbling East. We will win the war against Wulfricism —a war to be waged, not with bullets, but with ideas: the last war that will ever be fought on this continent.

Frémont still believes in justice. We believe in that principle upon which all free society rests: the rule of law. The chief of the Southern imperialists, Lazy Louis, has committed many crimes and issued illegal orders for the arrest of our senator campaigning on Atlasian soil. Will this be tolerated?

The great Thomas Jefferson spoke of an agent who is the final recourse for the people when faced with the error of the federal authority in matters touching their sacred and inalienable rights and liberties. That agent is the several regions, each acting in their sovereign and independent capacity as advocates for the people within the federal union.

Although this commonwealth as a party to the federal compact; will bow to the laws of the Union, yet it does at the same time declare, that it will not now, nor ever hereafter, cease to oppose in a constitutional manner, every attempt from what quarter soever offered, to violate that compact.

The regions are the true representatives of the people. They are their advocates and their protectors. When the federal power should fail to secure the rights of the people, rights granted by the law of nature and established in the constitution itself, it falls to the regions to take all lawful and necessary actions to secure the liberty of their citizens against the usurpations of tyrants.

Frémont will not shirk this sacred duty. We will not buckle beneath the pressure to submit.

I congratulate my countrymen on their choice of a president. For the eighth time in twenty-eight months, they have elected a Frémonter to lead this nation. The Free West has contributed more than its share of great statesmen to the annals of history. We are proud to send two more to Nyman, to carry on the magnificent work of the last seven administrations.

I wish to speak to you tonight on another matter of special importance to the Western states of the Union. That is the situation that is now unfolding in the straight of Taiwan.

Frémont shares a special relationship with the nations of the Pacific. Our westernmost state lies just 1,700 miles southeast of Taipei. Twice in the last decade, Frémonter men have fought and died on the beaches of Korea defending the liberty of our Pacific partners against Chinese aggression.

None more than Frémont values the peace of the Pacific. But there is a price too high for peace. It is the freedom of the people of the Pacific to lead their lives free from the fear of annihilation at the hands of a predatory power.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the island of Taiwan. There I spoke with President Tsai on behalf of the Frémontian people, when I said we will never abandon Taiwan to the claws of the Chinese dragon.

Our forces are ready. We have the mightiest military in the world. While China wishes there to be peace, we will have peace. We remain ready to defend our rights and liberties, the liberties of all the people of the Pacific, if necessary, to the last man.

It is clear from the results of the election, the Federalists are a SOUTHERN DIXIECRAT PARTY.

Scott carried every state north of Mason-Dixon save for two: New York, that den of iniquity —the birthplace of Horatio Seymour —the city that lynched black orphans over the Emancipation Proclamation —the cradle of rum, Romanism, and rebellion; and Michigan —the birthplace of Henry Ford, a known Nazi and anti-semite.

In the FREE WEST, the Federalists did not receive even 10% of the vote. They carried only Colorado, no doubt on the votes of pot-smoking hippies and tax-dodging outlaws.

The Federalist party has revealed its true nature. It is indeed the Federalist party —the party of Pinckney, Taney, and Buchanan.

The Labor party is the Republican party of Jefferson and Lincoln. It it the party of the poor German immigrant, the yeoman farmer, and the weary wage laborer.

We are the party of the Second American Revolution: the revolution of 1861. Atlasia will never again consent to be ruled by Southern masters.

The deranged and criminal Wulfricist party in Lincoln will round out the week with a freshly aggravated assault on the rights and liberties of all Northerners and the federal Union itself. These insane perjurers of their inauguration oath are the enemies of free government everywhere: their principles are degenerate, their statues are wholly irreconcilable with the constitution or the laws of the nation they have sworn to defend.

We are told Herr Wulfric has a plan for taking Lincoln out of the Union. This has often been thought of before. It was attempted in the 2014 civil war, and again in the 2015-16 crisis. It was attempted more recently by Herr Wulfric himself in the referendum of the 2d ultimate. In this contest, and in all the ones before, the disunionists were trounced by the righteous will of the people.

In past ages, the cowed insurrectionists—sensible to their defeat—possessed at least the dignity to abandon their schemes in the face of such an overwhelming public rebuke. Herr Wulfric has sought another path. He has sought, rather than accede to the will of the people, to subvert it by means of a back door.

By the so-called Periodic Secession Referendum, these desperate disunionists seek to bludgeon the people into submission with constant referenda until the requisite majority for independence is reached. This cowardly plot is contrary to all the acknowledged principles of democracy. It makes a mockery of the very idea of majority rule. If no question can be decisively answered until the desired outcome is achieved, we must wonder as to the true purpose of these referenda —not to ascertain the will of the people, but to impose the opinion of the General Court on the beleaguered population of the Northern states.

By this sore losers' bill, the disunionists have flaunted the letter of the constitution by prescribing an alternate schedule for the dismantling of the Union. They wish, if you will, to have their cake and eat it, too. Their proposals are illegal and unenforceable, and as Attorney General — in the event the disunionists were to ever achieve a majority for their stated aims (however unlikely that may be) — I should have no alternative but to simply ignore their declaration and order the immediate arrest of the conspirators.

These actions are not merely the result of incompetence. They are the produce of a wicked plot to seize control of the government for the Wulfricists. We have seen the conspirators have already enjoyed some measure of success.

I call upon the Northern authorities to act swiftly to root out the disloyal elements in New York and restore the government of Lincoln to the people.

This government will use every power at its disposal to maintain the Union.

We will allow no enemy to arrest our aims. Our cause is the cause of the people and our bible is the constitution. We will pursue Wulfricism to the end of the Earth, and we will know no rest until it is destroyed.

The people of this nation will have peace. We will have law and order.

Rumors have found their way to my office of plans to disrupt the inaugural festivities tomorrow. Everywhere there are whispers of sedition and disunion. The lowest tones carry word of a wicked plot to harass the president-elect on his way to the capital and to prevent the installment of the new administration by force of arms.

May the wicked and the ill-wishers take heed. I have no fear these plots will be carried out, for the men behind them are weak in mind and constitution. The spirit which animates them is feeble and sickly; they would never dare to act out their threats publicly. But I leave nothing to chance. If there is any illegal activity tomorrow, I will not hesitate to act to preserve the constitution. I will blow the plotters to smithereens!

The might of the Devil is great —but God is mightier. We will never abandon our republic or its constitution. Our brave men and women stand ready to defend them, if necessary, to the death.

We will have peace, prosperity, and Union. The wreck of the wicked is at hand.

Manchurian MB is running for first minister of Frémont. It is now the solemn obligation of all Frémonter conservatives to vote for me, to keep the government out of the hands of the reds.

At the same time, we must consider the rise of communism is likely to elicit a conservative reaction, and does therefore pose a serious threat to the progressive consensus in Frémont. Therefore, all progressive and socialist Frémonters must vote for me, to keep the government in the hands of the friends of the workers.

The first task of the twenty-second parliament will be to adopt a budget for the fiscal year of 2022. This is a most serious responsibility.

The next government must demonstrate continued fidelity to the principles of fiscal responsibility that have insured the prosperity of Frémont under my administration. If the communists get control, they will immediately seek to impose new taxes on the middle class. I will never allow this. I am a severe opponent of wasteful government spending and the command economy. All conservatives must therefore necessarily support my reelection.

The next government must demonstrate continued commitment to the welfare of the farmers and the working people of this region. The capitalists in parliament have long sought introduction of a sales tax to bleed dry the coffers of labor for the benefit of the ultra-rich. I will oppose this measure. I will oppose as well the massive cuts to public services which the capitalists have long sought. Only my ferocious leadership and ruthless parliamentary maneuvering stands between the people and the Randian Hellscape which the right would impose in Frémont. All progressives must therefore necessarily vote for me.

As I have shown, I am the only possible candidate for Frémonters of all stripes and ideologies. All nationalists and socialists must unite in support of my campaign.

Together we will have strong and stable leadership. We will have government for the many, not the few.

The people of Frémont are calling, we told you so.

In light of the hateful and antisemitic flugschriften circulated by Herr Wulfric this very evening in the public square, the justice of the warnings of the anti-Wulfricists, and the urgency of their cause, appears plainly for all to see. The time is fast approaching when every Atlasian of every race and creed must declare themselves either for or against Wulfric. The people are awake. The anti-Wulfricists are coming to know their strength. Their triumph, and the downfall of Wulfricism, is inevitable.

This is not the first instance when Herr Wulfric has expressed these abominable sentiments. He has advertised them freely, for many years, in such a way as no-one could doubt his sincerity. The reiteration of these principles, under the feeble guise of religion, is repugnant to the principles of the constitution and the spirit of 1776. They must be loudly and frequently denounced, by all who love the name of LIBERTY, in all places and in all manner of ways, as to make the name of Wulfric and Wulfricism hateful to the eye and ear of every patriot.

There is no peace, there is no Union, whilst Wulfricism remains in power in Lincoln. The hosts of error must be cast out, horse and bridle, from every church and every public house. There can be no compromise with the enemy. Our motto must be, victory or death.

The knell of the Wulfricists is coming. The vindication of the Union is at hand.

The thoughts and hopes of all free Frémont—indeed of all the states of our republic—are centered this morning on the office of elections. There in that high garret of Western democracy o'erlooking the halls of our parliament the Communists have just officially ceded the race. They have signed terms of unconditional surrender.

Two months ago, the thoughts and fears of the whole republic were centered on another temple to Atlasian liberty—the general court of Lincoln. The terrible threat to Union which began there is now laid at rest. It was a long road to Appomattox—and a bloody one.

We shall not forget September the twenty-fifth.

The communist disunionists will not forget this election.

The evil done by the Wulfricist agitators can never be repaired or forgotten. But their power to destroy and kill has been taken from them. Their armies and what is left of their legislative caucus are now impotent.

This victory, which has secured for this government a fresh mandate to lead, is a victory for all the people. It is a victory of labor over capital. It is a victory of union over disunion.

This election offered the people of Frémont a choice between two competing and fundamentally irreconcilable ideas of government. On one hand, the tried and tested road of UNION; on the other, the uncertain and treacherous path of secession and civil war.

The terms of the federal Union have been good to Frémont. And while we are proud of our Western identity, we are proud as well to call ourselves Atlasians.

It is the Atlasian virtues of integrity and independence that are the source of our strength and prosperity. It is the Atlasian ideals of liberty and justice that inform our struggle toward a more equal society.

The recent experience of our brothers and sisters beyond the Mississippi confirms our faith in the Frémontian system. The unholy union of communism and Wulfricism has brought nothing but grief for those peoples. It has delivered none of what was promised. It has delivered much in the way of division, tyranny, and civil strife.

The people of Frémont are wise enough to prefer a free government to a tyranny of waffling posers. They know the truth of the old saying, that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush; but two birds in hand, are better than none in the bush.

Compare the experience of Lincoln to that of Frémont. Both our regions boast of ostensibly leftist governments. Lincoln is constantly in turmoil. Her people labor under onerous taxes and regulations; she has had three constitutions in six years. Her politics is characterized by bitter partisan warfare; her legislature is the scene of bloody brawls and illegal proclamations. The Northern communists have kept none of their promises; they have retreated from all their demands. Ethnic and religious hatred are rampant. It is true what was said two-and-one hundred years ago, the best lack all conviction, and the worst are filled with passionate intensity.

We turn our eyes to the tranquil scene of Frémont. What the Eastern communists have failed to achieve by bloodshed, our Western laborists have achieved, and then some, by peace. We have abolished the hated class of billionaires. We have abolished for-profit healthcare and parasitic poor taxes. We have passed the 32-hour week, paid family and long service leave, universal higher education, universal preschool, the unconditional right to unionize, and the highest wages for working people anywhere in Atlasia. We have dismantled the corrupt police state and ended the war on drugs. We have beaten the fossil fuel industry and put control of energy production in the hands of the people. Our parties of the left, right, and center continue in perfect harmony. The spirit of comradeship and cooperation that pervades our parliament has made all things possible: and we stand, on the eve of a new year, the strongest, most solvent, and best-governed region in Atlasia; the best, and freest commonwealth in the world.

This is the choice which the people of Frémont have made. They have chosen Union over disunion. They have chosen working class leaders over champagne socialists.

They have rejected the false dichotomy between boldness and pragmatism. We see in Frémont, that the fruits of peace and Union are better than what the communists promise. Our values, and our way of life, are superior to the foreign import of Wulfricism and its love for authority and money-lenders.

This commonwealth is and will remain a refuge for all the oppressed people of the world, where the weary laborer and the honest immigrant can share in the prosperity that honest hands have built. We aim to make government of, by, and for the people a reality on this continent.

These are the principles of your government. They are the principles that were ratified overwhelmingly by a huge majority of the people, a rainbow coalition embracing liberals and conservatives, moderates and progressives, Labor and the Democratic Alliance.

The vote of the opposition was drawn from the parties of the extreme right and the extreme left: a red-brown alliance of the mould that brought down the Weimar Republic in 1933. This alliance was definitely and forcefully rejected by the people.

While I am your first minister, I will never allow the fascists and communists to corrupt our elections and subvert our constitution. I will never desert the principles of liberty and democracy on which our workers' republic is built.

I make you my solemn pledge, that I will defend regionalism and constitutionalism against the centralist menace and the tyranny of the East.

We will vanquish the hosts of error and drive them into the sea. We will consecrate this continent for liberty. We will make every man a king, though no-one wears a crown.

That is my promise. That is the promise of your government.

We have lately had news from the East, of the so-called "Patriot party," which has lately undertaken to wage a campaign against the constitution and against the principle of regional sovereignty.

I say they are no patriots at all, but a TORY party preaching a Tory unitary philosophy. They are the enemies of republican government. They are the party of Hamilton, Taney, and Buchanan.

When our ancestors formed the first government for this Union, they possessed the wisdom to divide power between the states and the central authority. This principle was preserved in each of the constitutions of the Atlasian republic. It is the principle on which our entire system of government rests.

The genius of this system, is in the balance of power between the federal government and the regions. Each is so powerful as to check and balance the other; neither is so powerful as to predominate. In this way, the liberty of the people is perfectly preserved, against either the jealous grasping of local despots, or the tyrannical designs of distant bureaucrats.

To seek to disturb this balances, is to attack the very foundations of the Union and the constitution. It is to endanger the liberty of the people.

The men of the so-called "Patriot party" have in their speeches and writings lately contemplated the dismantling of the federal system of checks and balances, and the erection of a tyrannical unitary government over these states. This has often been thought of before.

The conspiracy against freedom is nearly as old as the republic itself. Its authors are the same Federal party who conspired against the constitution in the days of George Washington. With each fresh attempt, they grow bolder and more shameless in their lust for power.

It was the Federal party who in 1798 maliciously and lawlessly abrogated the principle of the freedom of speech with the hateful Sedition Act, by which they sought to introduce an absolute tyranny over these states.

It was the Federal party who in 1857 maliciously and lawlessly abrogated the right of the states to exclude slavery from their borders, and drafted the officers and citizens of the free states as deputies in the slavers' army.

It was the Federal party who in 1919 maliciously imposed the despicable Eighteenth Amendment, which policy was born from their open and avowed hatred of poor people and foreigners.

It was the Federal party who in 2001 maliciously and lawlessly adopted the act for which the so-called "Patriot party" is named, and by which the illegal and warrantless surveillance of our citizens was for many years conducted.

It is now the Federal party, today, who conspire to repeal the sovereignty of our regions, for the pretended purpose of repealing mask mandates that do not exist.

At each instance it was the hated Hamiltonians, the students of Pinckney, Taney, and Buchanan, who made the assault on the liberty of the people and the rights of the regions. At each instance, it was the Jeffersonian party who resisted their lawless impositions.

The Jeffersonian party is the party of the laboring people of this country. It is the party of the farmers and workers and small business owners. It is the party of the middle class.

The laboring people love the constitution because they understand it is the last, best hope for liberty on this continent. They understand the value and importance of the federal system and regional rights.

They understand what I have already said and will say again, that an assault on the independent power of the regions is an assault on the people and their liberty. It is an act offensive to the Union itself.

For as long as I have lived, I have loved the Union. And because I love the Union, I love the constitution and the principle of regional rights.

To attack any one of these is to attack all three at once. None may live, while the others perish; while all live, all alike shall prosper.

Those who love liberty must love the constitution. And those who love the constitution must love all of it, must love the separate and equal station it affords to the regions individually and forever.

We will not allow the desperate Tory party to take away our regional rights. We will not permit their despicable conspiracy to succeed.

The Labor party is the party of the regions. It is the party of the Union and the constitution.

When my eyes see for the last time the sun in Heaven, let them behold the glorious ensign of the republic, and its motto, Liberty AND Union, now and forever, one and inseparable!

Never before has a Party's origins and actions for years been so thoroughly the subject of historical revisionism such as to make even Stalin impressed with the work.

I am speaking of course of the Labor Party's birth in the Prairies, a Party that was a product of and wetted to the centralist left as manifested by the Radicals, Militant Anti-Regionalists and "Loon Evolution Movement" (what is today in fashionable circles referred to as the Meme Left). It was aligned in opposition to the more relatively pro-region establishment Liberals, who like the predecessors the JCP, occasionally had centralist dalliances for the sake of appeasing their needed left-wing second preferences and thus preserve their electoral dominance.

It was the Labor Party that repeatedly pushed for the centralization of power into the hands of the Nyman bureacracy

It was the Labor Party that repeatedly pushed to eliminate or reduce the representation of the regions

It was the Labor Party that routinely sided with those seeking to undermine, reduce or even eliminate the Regions altogether

It was the Labor Party that sought to undermine and seize control of the Supreme Court when they failed to assist them in their anti-regionalism

It was the Labor Party (with unanimous support of its conference) that pushed to institute a constitutional amendment barring any regional abortion action, the author of which is sitting on the Supreme Court and still supports Labor.

Time and again whenever the desires of Labor run contrary to those of the federalist principles, Labor repeatedly came down on the sides of the iron boot of the centralist tyranny.

While I embrace our latter day converts to the cause of federalism on the Left, I must resist forcefully the historic revisionism seeking to cast in positive lights the movement on such grounds by removing from the record an aggressive hostility, flickers and elements of which still manifest to this day either on the left or by the actions of machine Labor.
