Like someone else said, I am being "cautiously optimistic," but Wisconsin Dems are seriously lucky to have Madison. Without the growth of Madison over the past decade, our electorate would look almost similar to Iowa.

Wisconsin will be a Safe D state again once trends in Dane and Milwaukee Counties continue to increase the margin for Democrats there, and when trends in the WOW Counties continue to decrease the margin for Republican there.
