J6 committee must have a dozen or so witnesses that contradict that claim. Meadows apparently also contradicted it under oath in this case.

Mark Meadows NEVER told me that allegations of significant fraud (about the RIGGED Election!) were baseless. He certainly didn’t say that in his book!

To be perfectly honest with you I don't care about the 2024 Election anymore, at least on the Presidential Level, if Trump is the Nominee.

Judge hits pause on partial gag order in Trump federal election interference case
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan decided to give Trump’s lawyers time to argue for a longer pause while they appeal the gag order she issued on Monday.

The judge overseeing the federal election interference case against Donald Trump has temporarily lifted the partial gag order imposed on the former president earlier this week.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan on Friday paused the order she issued Monday, after Trump's attorneys asked her to put the previous ruling aside while they appeal the matter.

The judge gave special counsel Jack Smith’s office until Wednesday to file a response to Trump's request. Defense attorneys will then have three days to respond to the filing by prosecutors. The directives in Monday's gag order will not be in effect during that time.

The special counsel’s office declined comment Friday night.

A courts committee says it lacks authority to modify a broadcasting ban in time for the historic criminal cases against the former president.

A federal judicial panel has turned down a bid to allow live television coverage of two historic criminal trials of former President Donald Trump scheduled for next year.

Without apparent dissent, a committee that handles potential changes to the federal courts’ criminal rules concluded Thursday that it had no ability to alter the existing ban on broadcasting federal criminal trials. Thirty-eight Democratic House members and some media outlets had requested that the rules be changed or an exception be created to allow Trump’s looming federal trials to be televised.

“We have an absolute rule,” said the panel’s secretary, or “reporter,” Duke Law Professor Sara Sun Beale. “We have no authority to authorize exceptions to an across-the-board, straight rule.”

The head of the Advisory Committee on Criminal Rules, U.S. District Judge James Dever, also said the glacial pace federal law prescribes for amending federal court rules means that, even if the panel approved a change, it wouldn’t take effect until 2026 or 2027.

A U.S. judge on Friday asked former President Donald Trump whether he wants to appear on television when he stands trial in federal court on charges of attempting to overturn his 2020 election defeat.

With Pence out of the race, her gag order is no longer contradicting itself. Pence is no longer both a rival candidate for the 2024 Republican nomination (whom Donald was allowed to make threats against), and a witness against him (whom Donald was not allowed to make threats against). Now, Pence is only a witness to Donald Trump's crimes.

Presidential Candidates usually suspend their Campaigns to pay down their depth.

That being said there is no doubt in my mind that Former VP Mike Pence is potentially a Star Witness in the J6 Case. If Pence is ordered to testify by Chutkan and he confirms what Jack Smith wrote in the Indictment Trump is finished and will be convicted.
