I can’t really answer either question before I see which charges they’re going with, though that matters much more for “will he” than “should he”.

As an attorney, I can't stop laughing at this stuff. Trump knows investigations like this take time. There was no way he'd be indicted 2.5 years ago, but his followers will eat it up.

Why did this investigation take so much time . Like couldn’t he be indicted as soon as soon as the fake electoral scheme was found out

It 99% means Trump has been indicted given all he signs that was about to happen. We don't know for sure they didn't indict someone else because it's sealed.

Now we know why Fulton County DA Fani Willis waited. I would not be shocked if Guiliani & Sidney Powell appears in the possible Fulton Indictment.
