This thread has gone from doomers to horny in a disturbingly quick timeframe

Yeah, you guys. Calm down or Jon Ossoff is gonna roll up his sleves, undo his belt, and give us all a real good spanking.

Now, we're talkin'!

It's not polite to spank anyone.

So what non-political things are you guys doing tonight?

I’m playing Call of Duty right now.

It's already past midnight in Germany, but tomorrow is a holiday, so I can stay up.

Off-topic, but what's the holiday?

Edit: TIL Epiphany is a public holiday in Deutschland
Funny coincidence that all of this should happen on Epiphany.

I'm jamming to Selena covers and the Attack on Titan soundtrack. I love the A Slap on Titan parody videos but they're much too vulgar to share on Atlas. (The anime itself might not be Atlas-safe either tbh)

It was always ridiculous for Republicans to look at the massive D early voting numbers are just assume they'd make it up on Election Day like they did last time... it's not a Presidential election.  Their anti-absentee ballot schtick is one of the biggest self-pwn's of all time.

Well predictit has flipped now and quite considerably.

Quite a shame. The last thing the country needs is 1 party domination at the federal level, divided government would have been so much better.

What monster will we have in 2024 now.

Genuinely can't tell this is satire or not, but having a legislature and executive that are on the same page is good, actually.

It’s kind of crazy how almost every post 2016 election has been great for Dems except for 2020-which was merely good.

Some want Joe Manchin or Krysten Sinema to switch parties this week, if there is a 50-50 tie.

I don't think that would happen.

As someone who has to suffer through multiple government shutdowns in the Obama years because of McConnell's greed and corruption, kindly f*** off.

Boy would I pay to see Mitch McConnell’s face right now

If these leads hold up, you can bet McConnell will be cursing Donald Trump.

This is like in movies where two villains don't get along which causes the protagonist to win.

Don’t worry, it will be a very short-lived trifecta.

Ironically, the biggest disappointment I can remember involved a candidate with the surname Ossoff. Maybe we'll get a redemption story tonight.

If Ossoff wins tonight I’m gonna have to roll up my sleeves and undo my belt and give him a real good spanking.

He is exceedingly handsome.

He looks like a used car salesman's disappointing son. He's about as handsome as Trump is thin. One can only hope he governs better than he looks.

It's almost like when Trump isn't on the ballot, Rs don't show up as much.

Who could have predicted this???

I was thinking it’s more they didn’t show up because they thought the election was stolen and that there is no point in voting.

That too but also look at 2018.

Actually, it was in some other southeastern Senate race.
