MSNBC: A few small counties down. Most look like a wash with about the same as November or a few votes in either direction

So the David Perdue king of the Suburbs meme was somewhat true after all.

The question remains: Are dems doing better in VBM because they canibalized their voter base for early voting or because they're was an actual swing.

There weren't many ED voters(November) who voted early this time around

Anyone who votes for Loeffler is an ED voter.

Now that we have more rurals coming in, it doesn't look like Webster's 3 point R swing was the norm. In the other rural areas that are approaching 100% in, there was a flat to 2 to 3 point Dem swing.

It would be funny if we DID have a split result, but only because the election was so ridiculously close that a difference of like 10K votes changed the result.

They'd still find a way to call it a rigged election.

There are some tiny counties in the northeast of the state with 75% reporting where the GOP candidate  is underperforming Trump's vote total by like 30-40%, but the dems are only under Bidens by like 20. Obviously if its Eday left then the GOP will make up most of their total, but it is a bit notable.

Basically what I'm seeing across the board so far is a wash in those small rural counties, while slight gains for the Ds in the Atlanta area.

That points to good news. But yeah it's definitely gonna be close.

THE NEEDLE has Ossoff and Warnock at +0.5 currently.
The needle at 11% means nothing tho...

Gotta hand it to polls this time. They’re probably going to be close.

With 43% of the vote, it had Trump winning with +1.7-3.0

However, at midnight it changed to Biden +0.4

When comparing raw vote totals by county that are fully reporting to November's totals, keep in mind CNN's recent estimate: they expect the raw vote will be roughly 85% of November's total.

GA polls for whatever reason seem to be the most reliable lately.

Till or a bit before  midnight. Trump had a good run on E-Night for a few hours with Florida and Texas, but then the GA needle, the released total number of Milwaukee uncounted votes, and the Fox AZ call pushed back towards Biden.

Yes. It flipped over at around 43%, I think? Don't quote me on that, though.

I wish the NYT would have needles for both Dems winning and both Reps winning.
