I don't think Republicans are going to impeach Protasiewicz or anyone else. It would be such a blatantly partisan move it would backfire.

Wouldn't put it past Vos to execute Rhodesia but with Snow: Impeachment-palooza. But, it's unlikely. End of an era. This will be a fun 2 years.

Guys, guys. Everyone chill out. Florence County is at ZERO PERCENT reported. This whole thing could still go the other way....

We need Steve Kornacki on the case RIGHT NOW!

After 12 long years, at last Wisconsin Republicans will get a well-deserved taste of their own medicine. It's been a long time coming.

Yeah I can't see them doing that. It would get them national attention and would be such a partisan move it would backfire massively on them.

Will Florence County's 150,000 votes puts Kelly on top?
Stay tuned! The county obviously has that many votes to report!

Yeah Knodl prolly has this; I think the confusion is around how much the Milwaukee County portion has left (if any).

I would. Also, thank you for putting Informer into my head; it's been a few weeks since that particular recording came up.

That MKE drop is included; all the precincts in MKE county’s portion of SD8 are counted to my knowledge. Unless there are 1,000 absentees outstanding somewhere, this is over, Knodl wins by 1%.

Impeachment and removal doesn't matter if Evers appoints the replacement.  They would have to first impeach and remove Evers, and then the LG, and then down the line of succession for governor until they got to a Republican, if there even is one in the constitutional line of succession (it looks like at least the 1st 4 officials in line are all Dems).

From my understanding of the state constitution it’s Lieutenant Governor then Secretary of State. There isn’t anyone after that.
