Greenfield is now doing better than Cal Cunningham. Greenfield may be the 50th vote instead of NC, due to Ernst being viewed as a right wing and Tillis is viewed as more moderate

IIRC, she publicly called out Trump for the Access Hollywood tape, but then ran and supported him like 2 weeks later right before the election.

She also, at a debate, said Trump was a role model, after calling him out for the AH tape

Ernst has always been an unabashed and unflinching Trump loyalist, and that doesn't seem to fit in well politically with Iowa-whose political culture has always looked favorably upon those who are independent or mavericks. I still think she is a favorite in her race, but if things get worse for Trump, then they will get worse for her.

Yup and then a Trump supporting independent got on the ballot and got 17k votes while ayotte only lost by 3k votes
