50% is still not really great, the 30% are pretty much his cult. And it's worthless if 20% are apathetic and don't vote accordingly.
That said, I'm afraid the conviction is too far away from the election to make a significant impact. A moderate or small impact is very much possible, and in a close election, that may be enough the swing the outcome one way or the other. Still, I'd prefer Biden winning by a more decisive margin than 2020. Trump and his cult need to be soundly rejected. Anyone who doesn't agree on that is pretty much in a cult. This election isn't about Biden's policy stances anymore. Thank the GOP primary voters, who had other options but chose to stick with a indicted, now convicted felon.
