A lot of comments in this thread have been focused on flood/hurricane-prone Florida and wildfire/earthquake-prone California.  I would point out that the article in the OP is talking about insurers pulling out of previously profitable states like Iowa and Wisconsin.

Yeah, they do videos together often. I know Kyle way more than I know Krystal, but what I've seen from her just from watching Secular Talk, she seems alright. I should probably get to know more about her before I made a definitive statement on her though.

Both the 538 polling and forecast had Biden ahead in GA by 1-2 points.
