Or just human decency, something lfromnj apparently lacks.

You become effectively whatever you deem evil by such attitude.

It's pretty much clear that most Atlas users would be awful diplomats or not users i would trust holding an important function or job like ever.

One of the fun things about being a civilian is you do not have to act like you are part of the state department. This is why when henry kissinger died, you can make various insinuations about his firey new accomodation rather than giving some po-faced statement about how he loved his family and the united states.

This isn't the innocent dead of gaza, it is a bloodstained dictatorial butcher who is directly responsible for the death of your ideological milieu.

You may think this is a good or "fun" thing, but you and the other posters here reveal your true colors. You may fancy yourselves virtuous defenders of good in the world, but instead you're amoral hacks devoid of principles except to blindly follow Western geopolitical interests. This thread is a disgusting display of cheering and wishing for the death of a world leader who dared to defy your will and oppose your interests. Never mind that it is a flagrant violation of the TOS; if I said similar things about Zelensky or Biden I would be banned quickly. Of course  the forum authorities agree with you and will turn a blind eye towards your vile posts.

Talking mad sh!t for someone meatriding whatever Beijing puts out in front of you.

Brown can win  if he does the right campaign and Biden does a good camaping too (and therefore win the election (Let´s say a 303 map). Btw this means a WAY BETTER campaing that the ones he did in 2012 and 2018. The right attack ads and the right positive ads. The type of campaing that makes you win with Romney in NTC.

most people assumed already that pollsters have learned their lessons from disastrous performances in recent cycles and are using new methodologies to factor in those so called “shy trump voters”. Still there’s reason to believe that Trump may overperform again his polling, especially in the rustbelt.

And what would said "new methodologies" happen to be? I'd like to hear about them.

These were published a while back but I didn't see them until now. Nonetheless, they seem to be the first major forecaster to have either candidate above the 270 EV threshold this cycle.

What are your thoughts on their preliminary electoral map for the 2024 presidential race?

Total EVs by candidate: Trump 272, Biden 225, toss-up 41

Quote
Safe Republican (188): Alabama (9), Alaska (3), Arkansas (6), Idaho (4), Indiana (11), Iowa (6), Kansas (6), Kentucky (8), Louisiana (8), Mississippi (6), Missouri (10), Montana (4), Nebraska at-large (2), Nebraska's first Congressional District (1), Nebraska's third Congressional District (1), North Dakota (3), Ohio (17), Oklahoma (7), South Carolina (9), South Dakota (3), Tennessee (11), Texas (40), Utah (6), West Virginia (4), Wyoming (3)

Lean Republican (84): Florida (30), Georgia (16), Maine's second Congressional District (1), Michigan (15), Nevada (6), North Carolina (16)

Toss-up (41): Arizona (11), Nebraska's second Congressional District (1), Pennsylvania (19), Wisconsin (10)

Lean Democratic (50): Colorado (10), Minnesota (10), New Hampshire (4), New Mexico (5), Oregon (8), Virginia (13)

Safe Democratic (175): California (54), Connecticut (7), Delaware (3), DC (3), Hawaii (4), Illinois (19), Maine at-large (2), Maine's first Congressional District (1), Maryland (10), Massachusetts (11), New Jersey (14), New York (28), Rhode Island (4), Vermont (3), Washington (12)

Would be absolutely hilarious though if Trump tries the shadow VP candidate thing, wins, the elected president resigns, then he gets ruled ineligible and a Dem Speaker of the House becomes president.

The Democratic Party, but not the progressive faction. People who whined about the 'trauma' and 'brutality' of the police clearing of Columbia despite there not being a single injury do not have a serious place in this conversation.

And October 7 was apparently not brutal or traumatic.

He has a good chance here. Biden is expanding the map in the wrong direction.

Yup. Biden has a Somali problem in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud while TRUMP has plenty of votes to pick up Outstate.

Care to expand on what you mean by "Somali Problem"?

You already know.

Also as someone who lives in Outstate MN I'm not seeing that many votes available for Trump to pick up. The true rural areas (farms, small towns) are already heavily Republican while the outstate population centers (Rochester, Duluth, St Cloud, Mankato, Moorhead) are as Democratic as the Twin Cities suburbs and show no signs of moving Right.

Biden is massively unpopular in small town MN. Tim Walz and his solar panels haven’t done much to get energy costs down either. Inflation and ENERGY voters will swing away from Biden especially outstate.

A plea deal isn't possible after a verdict. This is one of the most inane suggestions ever. What's the point of pleading guilty after being found guilty?
True

If he's guilty, lock him up. If he is not found guilty, we're all in big trouble. A hung jury might be the result.

Try to win back some Cleveland area suburbs and NW Ohio. In other words, try to keep in the long term those two swingy CDs.

Getting out of prison at 74 sounds like it easily could be a worse sentence than serving life.
