It is endlessly funny to me that a half-senile 77-year-old who:

-Has a terrible recruitment record,
-Has a terrible midterm record,
-Has lost as many elections as he has won,
-Is incredibly unpopular with his own party's institutions despite being one of the most popular among his party's base
-Ran literally the most inept, disorganized administrations in modern American history,
-Achieved practically none of his party's goals during a time when they had a friggin' TRIFECTA,

is somehow just going to win and cancel democracy. The GOP does not sh!t these kind of bricks over Biden, s'all i'm saying.

Biden doesn't say stuff like this so they don't need to.

If the only argument anyone can come up with to defend this is "it doesn't matter that Trump wants to be a dictator because he's too stupid to be one" that kind of says it all. I do actually agree with that but how is that supposed to make me want to vote for him?

Or just human decency, something lfromnj apparently lacks.

You become effectively whatever you deem evil by such attitude.

It's pretty much clear that most Atlas users would be awful diplomats or not users i would trust holding an important function or job like ever.

One of the fun things about being a civilian is you do not have to act like you are part of the state department. This is why when henry kissinger died, you can make various insinuations about his firey new accomodation rather than giving some po-faced statement about how he loved his family and the united states.

This isn't the innocent dead of gaza, it is a bloodstained dictatorial butcher who is directly responsible for the death of your ideological milieu.

You may think this is a good or "fun" thing, but you and the other posters here reveal your true colors. You may fancy yourselves virtuous defenders of good in the world, but instead you're amoral hacks devoid of principles except to blindly follow Western geopolitical interests. This thread is a disgusting display of cheering and wishing for the death of a world leader who dared to defy your will and oppose your interests. Never mind that it is a flagrant violation of the TOS; if I said similar things about Zelensky or Biden I would be banned quickly. Of course  the forum authorities agree with you and will turn a blind eye towards your vile posts.

Fwiw if a western backed dictator like sisi died in a plane crash i would also feel profoundly unmoved

He has a good chance here. Biden is expanding the map in the wrong direction.

Yup. Biden has a Somali problem in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud while TRUMP has plenty of votes to pick up Outstate.

Care to expand on what you mean by "Somali Problem"?

Also as someone who lives in Outstate MN I'm not seeing that many votes available for Trump to pick up. The true rural areas (farms, small towns) are already heavily Republican while the outstate population centers (Rochester, Duluth, St Cloud, Mankato, Moorhead) are as Democratic as the Twin Cities suburbs and show no signs of moving Right.

Just trying to keep the congressional districts they have, or trying to get one born out of fairer maps.

I can't remember if i cried
When i heard about his widowed bride
But something touched me deep inside
The day that Raisi died

Cause bye-bye, miss iranian pie
Had a fatwah on the kuffar but he couldn't fly

Just our luck. We get some fairly reassuring polls where Biden is competitive tobleading Trump in pollsters he is usually found positively with, and then we get state polls like these...

Does this include Proud Boys/3 Percenters/Oath Keepers/Whatever-the-domestic-Nazis-are-calling-themselves-these-days marches?

I ask b/c it honestly wouldn't surprise me if NC Republicans wrote in an exception to the law for their most loyal voters - cowards who wear masks and carry tiki torches while chanting "Jews will not replace us."

Or did they just stop at virtue signaling against efforts to stop the spread of infectious diseases?

Quote
Three Senate Democrats proposed amendments to keep the health exemption and exclude hate groups from masking, but Senate Republicans used a procedural mechanism to block them without going up for a vote.

It doesn't explicitly make an exception, but I find it troublesome that the Republicans moved to block the vote on those amendments.

Troublesome, or on point?
