Urgh.

All parties basically suck. I feel like a lot of people think DA are generic cuddly liberals and if that was true they'd comfortably have my vote (if a rather unenthusiastic one), but that's kind of not the case, they're pretty much a standard conservative party at this point. VF+, EFF, ActionSA, IFP, MK and Patriotic Alliance are all out and out awful.

GOOD I suppose doesn't sound too bad but they feel like a busted flush. Same story with COPE.

Honestly as corrupt as they are I'd probably lean towards an (extremely) reluctant ANC vote.

I recall first tasting a pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza as a grad student in the 1980s. I found that the combination reminded me a lot of sweet and sour pork. That was a dish I liked back then and that appreciation transferred to the "Hawaiian" pizza. I very rarely have sweet and sour from an Asian restaurant anymore, but I probably have pizza with pineapple a couple of times a year.

FF topping for me

Why were my posts here deleted?  Nothing I said was "inappropriate", ffs. Roll Eyes  I was even careful in both posts to say if that they were actually doing of something of practical use in Haiti, then this was terrible news and RIP.

I often forget how utterly weird and ultrasensitive this forum is about religion, or the people who participate in it (to their own detriment).

Not to mention the hilarious irony of being lectured on the subject of 'bigotry' by Fuzzy Bear of all people?!

Jack Smith asking Cannon to modify Trump's bond conditions with a gag order limiting his ability to falsely comment about the FBI agents who searched Mar-a-Lago after he put them at risk by grossly exaggerating their "authorization for use of deadly force" verbiage that's actually just standard protocol which was also appended to the Biden & Pence search warrants

Metalcore at most. That song is more like post-hardcore.

So who would you want to see at Furnace Fest?

Outrageous, but our weak President won't do anything.  RIP

Was Trump a weak president for not holding India accountable for this dumb missionary?

Chau is a special case because he was literally attempting genocide. His death was the equivalent of killing Baby Hitler; all people, even deeply committed Christians, should have cheered the day he died.

Because they have money like whites. Blks are the only minority ethnic group that have about 3 percent direct ancestry from a foreign nation with Caribbean or Africa that's why we don't own many businesses. Whereas, other races, especially Arabs and Indians have 25/50 of ancestry from foreign nations which bring them inheritance and build business

I have a Latinx neighbor and he is Pro Trump but his ancestry is not American it's Mexican that's why Blks want reparations we own about 3 percent of the wealth in America, we are 97 percent African American, but most slaves came from Jamaica that's why I use a Jamaican avatar it was an English colony

If their plan is to have Biden croak at the 11th hour and have Harris cash in on the sympathy vote, then a lot of what they've done so far would make more sense.

It does feel like the October surprise might be a 'catastrophic health issue' or some such that forces his resignation just weeks before the election or even days, with Harris then running on a sympathy vote.

Or, he wins and then steps down by June or so and Harris assumes office. It feels like the DNC engine is trying to make her popular so as to give her ground level support for a Presidency, and not in 2028, but much sooner.

President Biden suddenly dying on the campaign trail in late October would certainly make things...interesting.  I wonder how that would shake up the race.  And how Trump would react.

Dean would have entered the Senate race if Bernie retired but he won't challenge Scott for Gov. That's why Bernie finally announced he was running before Dean made his announcement
