Looking at the details of the case, it is hardly black and white.

The "Stand Your Ground" law came into play with regard to self-defence.

“Stand your ground” just means that you have no duty to retreat before resorting to force. You still have to reasonably believe that the use of deadly force is immediately necessary to protect yourself from the other party’s use of deadly force against you in order for self defense to apply.

Logically, someone must have held that view. Maybe the Attorney General reviewed the case.

Can’t imagine that Iran is looking forward to holding elections in 50-odd days, assuming the constitutional order is followed, a little over a year after the rebellions.

If Biden was leading, CNN would have their electoral map predictions plastered all over their website frotntpage. But because he’s losing, and Trump is winning they abandon the most fun aspect of presidential elections (the map…!). What a bunch of tools.

Kinda like what CNN did with their Covid Death Map and Covid Death Counter that they fear mongered over with Trump, but dropped once Biden became president (despite Covid crisis worse under Biden!). Again, a bunch of tools.
