Because it was the decade of "S.F.W."

I actually never watched the movie.  I just know the white guy from Blade starred in it (another movie I never watched in its entirety, other than snippets on Canal+ and HBO)

What does non-confessional mean in this context?

Sorry for the confusion (and the late reply). I should have put my foot down over terminology in the bylaws to provide greater clarity and avoid this confusion. Reagente's understanding of what I wrote is "non-confessional". Essentially broad tent and buy into the values. outside of that we don't mind which team in the league you play for.

Really is an amazing joke. This is a congress bill by a Republican actually but can someone actually explain to why this bill is so bad? It just seems like FARA like in the US.
Except it isn't:

Ever since, the law just got updated in third reading, including individuals that would be forced to answer questionnaire's of the govt., allowing them to ask a "foreign agent" about their sex life - totally no potential subject to more repression, as the govt. is flirting to impose an anti LGBT law.

The Justice Dept. would also be allowed to access all data of every NGO labeled as "foreign agent", including personal data.
Definitely something an increasingly authoritarian govt. can be trusted with.

I watched the first 2 seasons and really enjoyed them. Plan to watch more seasons at some point in the future, but not right now.

Polls during the 1996 election cycle had Clinton above 50% during many stretches of time, but they ended up having a rather terrible cycle that year: the final NPV polling average as of Election Day, as calculated (retroactively) using 538’s polling model would have been D+12.8, which turned out to be 4.3 points above the actual NPV margin of D+8.5. Likewise, the final GCB polling average would have been D+5.4, which was 5.1 points above the actual House NPV of D+0.3 (and this House polling error probably turned what was expected to be a Democratic flip of the House into a Republican hold of that chamber).
