Larry Sabato has just donated 500$ for the KS/ME/GA-SurveyUSA fundraising project.

Huge FF.

I mean, we're only half way through the month. They'll probably put something out.

Re: Fox polls - possible they might have some tonight or a week from now since they usually release on Thursdays if my memory serves correct

Yeah I figure there will be obviously some. Just feels like polling has been lacking this cycle.2016 had way more polls.

Yeah I figure there will be obviously some. Just feels like polling has been lacking this cycle.2016 had way more polls.

Newspapers & polling firms are also fairly worse off than 4 years ago. Plus, this race is looking a lot more stagnant than 4 years ago. It seemed like Hillary & Trump's numbers were changing by the hour and the undecideds even moreso.

I'm sure we'll get a slew of polls coming daily when we get past the conventions & particularly when Biden announces his running mate. We're not even 100 days away from the election.

Everything will be alright. Just be patient

Nothing from Fox tonight, so I expect either national or state polls from them next Wed/Thur

CNN may be waiting till early next week too; usually they like to drag theirs out for 1-3 days

ABC/Wapo is also due, could be this Saturday night

Good news:

Election Twitter has just passed the 7.000$ fundraising goal for their KS / SurveyUSA poll.

An anonymous person has donated more than 1.000$ in the past hour.

Their Maine poll is also more than 1.000$ funded already.

Looks like we'll be getting ABC/Washington Post numbers this weekend, probably not looking great for Trump based on the coronavirus numbers:

It's astounding how much good-will he squandered from March, and he was even objectively f***ing up then.

If he handled it well he had a real shot at expanding his win from 2016 and taking the house

With the ElectionTwitter KS/SurveyUSA poll financed, their 2nd poll (Maine) will take longer.

About 2.000$ have been collected so far, out of 7.000 needed - but this won’t be reached until the end of July ...

Much better.

Excellent.

This will allow for an unprecedented look at a red state and how it potentially changes this year, due to the higher sample size and mixed mode methodology ... 👍

I would really like to see Nebraska. I think that the three districts would show some interesting contrasts. It would be interesting to see how District 1 does, with Lincoln, and some of the small to medium-sized cities in between like Columbus, Norfolk and Fremont. District 2 would show if Biden can compete in Omaha and it’s suburbs. District 3 can show if Trump’s base is eroding in the places where it’s most concentrated.

Some people were saying on Twitter - and I think it's so accurate and true - if people involved with campaigns see these campaigns from Election Twitter, they might as well donate themsevles. Probably cheaper than campaign polling and they can use the results for fundraising. Plus, it's Go Fund Me, so anyone can donate whatever they want

The KS/SurveyUSA/Election Twitter poll will go into the field on August 5, a day after the primary.

Polling both the primary and GE was impossible, because it would have cost a lot more than the 15.000$ that were raised on GoFundMe ...
