Emerson is good only for a few laughs. I wonder if they will find zero undecideds again.

Emerson is weird b/c sometimes they are completely ridiculous and sometimes they actually are pretty good

Their Twitter account claims they have finished the survey but have also delayed its release by up to a week while they are vetted by 538.

Actually, that's good. There keeps being rumors about them being fake, so I'd like to see 538 weigh in once and for all.

There should also be a Civiqs/DailyKos poll of Georgia out today

Feel like we should be getting FOX, ABC/Wapo, CBS, and NBC/WSJ sometime this week/week-end. It's been a while since most of those came out with their last poll.

There's been no word from 538 but they continue to insist they're being vetted, though they've given no updated timescale and it's been well over a week:

More likely than not to be a fraud at this point, I suspect.

It's weird, b/c they're releasing a ton of data, like the VP maps and stuff. It just seems like a lot of work to make all that sh**t up, ya know? But it's weird that 538 or anyone else hasn't commented on if their legit or not.

We are FINALLY getting a new ABC/Wapo poll tonight at midnight. The last ABC/Wapo poll was in late March, and had Biden +2 (49-47)

Suspect we may get a new NBC/WSJ one, since it's been about a month and a half since their last new one.

NBC/WSJ has been pretty silent. Haven't seen any Marist state polls, either. Last cycle they did many.

Marist has been oddly silent this year. They were doing a ton of state polling in 2016 and 2018

Has Nate Cohn revealed if Siena is doing the live polls again this fall?

Nate Cohn was trying to explain why the Trump sample is so high in AZ and why it won't really matter in the end on Twitter, but I wasn't really following what he was saying

CBS/YouGov did all that battleground tracker stuff during the primaries - odd that they've been silent on state polls this go around too.

So much less polling than 2016.

CBS News just completed a poll and released some results today, but no election matchups.  However, some results have been withheld for later release, so we'll probably get them within a day or two.  Results so far:

Among the results:

Generally speaking, do you feel things in America are going...

Very well 5%
Somewhat well 19%
Somewhat badly 36%
Very badly 40%

That's bad news for Trump. I'm not saying one poll is everything but the tides are turning against him. It's a sinking ship at this point.

CBS never released the rest of these results... weird

So has Marist given up on state polling? There have been no NBC/Marist polls since Ohio back in like March

It appears that NBC/Marist state polls are indeed returning later this Summer

Honestly, if we did crowdfunded things for a ton of polls I'd probably donate lol

Do we know if the USC Dornsife/LA Times tracking poll is coming back? Looks like they started about July 2016 last time

Emailed them. Got a response:

"We expect to start the tracking poll in late summer or early fall."
