It is illegal for a sitting member of Congress to have an OnlyFans account as it falls under a category of prohibited "outside income".

Members of Congress are not banned from receiving outside income, there is just a limit on how much they are allowed to make from outside employment (currently $31,815).  There are also certain types of jobs they aren't allowed to make money from (mostly legal services), but I don't think OnlyFans would be among those prohibited.
