What we really need is an insurance state.  Biden winning with 270 electoral votes precisely will embolden Trump to encourage his freakshow to contest this and steal it in the courts.

You can see clear evidence of the red mirage in the county data in Pennsylvania and Michigan: Trump is running notably behind his 2016 margin in most major counties that have reported almost all of their vote, but way ahead of his 2016 margin in all the counties that still have a ton of vote left to count.  (This trend shows up in Wisconsin too to a slightly lesser extent.)

I have noticed this too.  The northern Wisconsin counties were red when the vote was like 60% in and then when they went to 100% the 3 of them all flipped.  It's clear that the second the absentee ballots are dumped into the result it's heavily Biden no matter what county they are coming from.

The NW one has a similar margin to 2016, the other 2 also have some resorts/tourists areas which in general are swinging D across the  nation.
Trump has improved in much of rural Wisconsin.

Tinpot Trump, just sad to watch this clown destroy the office of the presidency. It is a new low each and every day.

Biden can still win North Carolina and Georgia. For all we know, Biden gets the clean sweep and it becomes more clear in the electoral college.

Lets also be clear, if Trump wins re-election, he'll win again without the popular vote. How do you think that'll play with the population?

We're basically at two Americas at this point. We were already on the way there, but this just solidifies it.

This country is just as polarized as it has ever been. Trump is basically matching his approvals with this election, which have remained stuck at the mid-40s for the past several months. And watching ABC News, I'm getting the hunch that we've been launched into a 2000 redux-the final phase of a historic, divisive, and bitter election, just like 2000 ended up being.

Dubya is counting himself lucky that he wasn't running this year. The only unrest in 2000 was from Republican staffers.

You don't have to swear or guess; it's a forgone conclusion if such an event occurs, sadly.

I don't know why anybody in their mind would believe that Berine whould be doing better after seeing what just happed to Biden in FL. The Fact is Trump effectively convinced many Cuban and Venezuelan voters that Joe Biden of all people was a socialist

Trump attacks worked and that should scare the heck out of AOC or any Dems that supports Berinie. If anything the Berinie whould has lost Florida by even bigger numbers
I also think that  Trump would have also won AZ and been well on his way to winning all of the Midwest states.

There are a number of WI counties that have finished their vote where Trump improved by a couple points.  But they are all tiny counties with <30k votes.  Compare this to Dane, which has also basically completed its count with >300k votes, where Biden has improved by 6 points on 2016.

Bernie would have obviously done better with Hispanics outside of FL than Biden.

When Clinton loses, it’s Bernie’s fault. If Biden loses, it’s also Bernie’s fault.

Anyone know if Gideon still has a chance? Looking at the numbers on NYT and Decision Desk, it looks possible although unlikely.

If Georgia goes to Biden, then WI gets Biden to 272. (even with PA going to Trump)

I can see why Donald Trump wants to stop late voting.

If we stop counting now, Trump is ahead 120,000 votes in both states.

This is not over by any means.
