Arguably, this makes it worse.  If he truly believed he was being cheated, fighting makes sense but if he doesn't believe it surely he recognizes the harm this does to our institutions but he does it anyway.

Maybe half a dozen times since they started. He's been getting flagged several times a day for the past week and has only complained once though, seems resigned to it.
