Trump down to a 51-47 lead in Michigan after an update from Kent County (Grand Rapids). Biden is going to win Kent County and he did really well (for a Democrat) in Ottawa County too. I think he actually beat Whitmer's percentage there.

FYI - Wayne County would still only be 54% reporting after this update.

Wisconsin's is far too narrow for my liking...no more votes from either Milwaukee or Dane?

The total doesn't include the 10K that Biden netted from the Kenosha absentees. I don't know why the county hasn't updated yet; it's been a couple of hours.

Does somebody know what's happening in Geneese County, Michigan? It says 98% in and Trump winning by 0.2, and that would strike me as a very odd result.

I checked the county clerk's website and - while the totals for Biden and Trump matched what was being reported on the NYTs website - the AVs from Flint weren't anywhere to be found. So I am not sure why it says 98% in.

But, I mean, if Biden won Saginaw County, he's obviously winning Genesee.

Kent County still hasn't reported out any of their absentee ballots yet. Michigan won't be in recount territory when all is said and done.

So apparently the real number of ballots left to count in PA is around 450K.
Yeah I can't see Trump winning PA by this point.

Biden would be pushing it if there were 750,000 votes left. 450K, no chance.

What's the source for the 450K figure?

I am hearing conflicting reports but I'll take 450K as a conservative estimate.

Let's assume Biden wins them 80-20 which isn't unrealistic given what we've seen so far and the fact that a quarter of them could be from Philadelphia. That would net him 270K which would be enough to to erase his current 164K deficit and then add a cushion of ~100K.

The PA SOS also said that they have received about 2.8 million absentee ballots so far, which is ~200K above the total reported on the Department of State's website.

So, I guess we'll have to wait and see.  Tongue

According to the Philadelphia county website, turnout was 51% and they’ve received a total of 233583
Mail votes with 97% counted.

https://results.philadelphiavotes.com/VoterTurnoutDetails.aspx?&cat=PREC

That only represents what's been reported so far. The 97% represents precincts reporting election day results and may or may not include absentee ballots. On their website, you can see that they've reported 234K absentee ballots but if you click on the "mail-in and absentee ballots status report" you will see that they recorded 346K AVs as of 11/2.

In other words, there are a lot of votes that haven't been added and that's deflating their turnout figures.

Source on the PA vote count being paused? I don't see it anywhere. Is this just a misreading of the Allegheny County situation?

how did this area vote?

It looks like Trump won the county 64-34 overall. He won it 63-31 in 2016.
