So far the 2 counties all the way in according to NYT (Washington and Brantley) have swung just *barely* right from the Nov GE. I rlly hate how stale the NYT interface is.

Can't wait until the whole South goes Democratic again, as it was always meant to be. Georgia is just the first domino to fall (well, second after Virginia).
Except Florida because that's the dumbest most epic fail state ever.

Florida will be underwater by that point anyway.

Warnock won the EV in Pulaski County....

Good for Masters (I hope this Twitter joke lands)

Somebody made that comment in a reply to Nate Cohn today, and he had to have it explained to him. Smiley
Please explain this to me. This is my first time seeing this joke.

There was some guy who responded to every Garrett Archer tweet about Arizona that it was very good for Masters.
Ah. I see. Thanks.

In January 2021:

Perdue 91%
Ossoff 9%

~6,600 votes cast back then.

Turnout is down 12% in Washington though, so we'll see.

Nah GA actually has a dominating metro with other southern states like MS, AL, and LA lack. NC and maybe SC are possible down the road due to racial polarization being slightly down and having decent metros.

Twitter narrative going to quickly run into reality... looking like a very narrow Warnock win if he can maintain overperformances in the urbans.

Not quite over but certainly not looking good for Walker if it's true that Fulton hasn't counted absentees yet lol.

With a Republican president, Likely D.

With a Democratic president, probably around Lean D.

Even if you extrapolated that shift statewide Warnock would still narrowly win

My guess is that Warnock wins by like 4 or smtg, and stronger turnout in metro ATL saves him. According to EV numbers, metro Atlanta turnout is going to be largely solid outside of perhaps Gwinnett.

For Georgia political fans: Greg Bluestein of the AJC is currently being interviewed on MSNBC.  He's at Warnock HQ tonight.

The current trends suggest a Walker victory, so don't get cocky and declare victory.
Its literally only two counties but my point is, the race ain't over.

And seems quite confident Warnock will win.

Based on your track record, that's good news for Warnock.
