Wow my timing is great. Forsyth is in. 55% in, 64-36 for Walker.

The needle says Warnock should really like that result.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t really get why? If this is all early vote, Walker could still get very close to the Jan. 2021 result (68% Perdue, 32% Ossoff).

Again, probably not enough, but would point to a very close race.

At the end of the day, whether Warnock wins by 1 vote or 1 million, this is yet another blow to Donald J. Trump, whose organization was just criminally convicted on all counts of tax fraud today.

Indeed, a close race only hurts him more as it suggests that a more conventional candidate could have won.

This thing is going to end up something like Warnock +3-3.5 and like 70 pages of this thread will all be for nothing.

Needle has jumped to Warnock +1.8. Seems to be adjusting to strong metro ATL margins for Warnock. Call me foolish, but I honestly still think it leans too far towards Walker. Currently they're predicting the Gwinnett and Chatham (Savannah) E-Day vote to be near even. While that could happen, it still seems not so plausible.

Right now, rural Georgia seems like basically a net wash in swing, maybe a tiny *tiny* Walker swing. But Warnock won more votes statewide than Walker.

This means Walker needs disproportionately low turnout in metro Atlanta and/or to get swings in his favor there. I'm not sure which of these is more likely, but as more vote comes in from metro Atlanta it seems increasingly unlikely.

I guess Forsyth came in and it was pretty weak for Walker and that's why the needle jumped in favor of the Rev.
