Watching the PA and Georgia margins drop minute by minute.

Drip. Drip.

Has Trump margin really dropped much in either?  I'm not seeing any drastic movements yet.

Can Biden even still win PA at this point?  How possible really is that right now?

Yes, more than 1.2 million ballots are left.

Those skew 75-24 Biden.

Trump's lead is 480.000 right now, but Biden will net more than 600.000 out of the remaining ballots.

Biden will finish ca. 100.000 ahead of Trump.

Please god let it be!

This is crazy. How is Georgia & North Carolina looking?

Trump will win NC, Biden narrowly favoured in GA.

Hope that Biden wins Georgia, then Ossoff gets Perdue under the 50% for a runoff election.

Same, but I don't expect Ossoff or Warnock to safe us from a GOP senate. I'm sure it's going to be 52-48 R, with CO, AZ and AL flipping. D+1 net gain. Not that great. The 2022 map is favorable to Dems, but in a Biden midterm, the senate isn't flipping. With Trump reelected, it's doable.

Here's a question- why are Cubans who came into this country ILLEGALLY on boats allowed to stay here and no one questions it? Why hasn't ICE been crawling the streets of Miami deporting all illegal Cubans?

Dems in 2020: Why isn't ICE getting rid of all the people who voted against my candidate?

Remind me how you're approach to border security and immigration is principled and not entirely self serving again?

Agree with you on everything except GA.
There still is a path for Dems in GA, even if narrow.

I think this is the least-doomy post I've ever seen from you. I'm impressed

Last batch of votes went 20K-3K Biden from DeKalb

He was up 104k in Georgia earlier but now is down to an 87k lead.

Control of the senate will likely hinge on the runoff in Georgia glad its Warnock vs Loeffler Cunningham looks toast and its looking really hard for Gideon to pull off a win in Maine but theirs a lot of votes left to count their so lets see

Oh it’s self-serving.
Deal with it that’s politics.

I’m starting to think something stinks here

These numbers seem impossible

Trump likely converted a lot of Hispanic Clinton voters in these counties.

Except he didn't. That's what I find weird. Biden retained the same number of votes as her, just tens of thousands of net-new Trumpers emerged.

Take Hidalgo County, TX.

People are claiming I am a conspiracy theorist, but I am genuinely curious where these voters came from. It's just surprising to me. I get Miami Dade, the Cuban trends were clear. But this?

If you let Trump know they're illegal I'm sure he'd ship them back to Cuba happily.

There's lots of mail in ballots from Clark County. Biden should be fine.

Serious question because I don't understand.

Why is it taking so long to count the remaining ballots?

Even if they're absentees, don't they just scan them into a machine for counting?

Warnock will win imo no matter who wins the GE Pres.
It’s a bold claim, but I have been saying it for a while now.
Him going against Loeffler of all people will make it even better.

Do you not realize there are 375K ballots outstanding in metro Atlanta and Trump is up 87K votes? I feel like you are just ignoring the data and willing Trump to win lol.

Perdue has easily won.

Trump won narrowly which is miraculous for Dems. The state has been a lost cause for years and especially this cycle. No matter how much of a hard on they get for it - it’s not happening and the fact people still at this hour believe it to have a chance of going Dem just shows the bankruptcy of their political analysis

It makes me confident that Ossoff could actually win the Senate seat too without a runoff. But I suspect two Georgia Special Elections for the Senate, the Democrats better get freakin' organized because you know the GOP will be fired up to keep the Senate.

Looking through the results in Virginia, and Biden is indeed the first democrat to win Virginia Beach since 1964 at the presidential level. The Margin is currently 53.0-45.4 (+7.6) according to the NYT page. Not unexpected, but still noteworthy I feel.

It seems like it should be a slam dunk given how terrible a candidate Loeffler is; however, Warnock was one of the biggest underperformers of the entire map.  He got 32% when polls had him in the 40s.

Seems like based on the numbers thus far there is overall a small shift in PA towards Biden in the rural areas from 2016

One thing is for sure, we're about to get blitzed with money. College ends early due to COVID I'm pretty sure, so I'm going to be pounding the pavement. Georgia was unexpectedly good for Dems, so maybe Ossoff and Warnock could squeak it out.

Realignment!

2024 needs to be going all-in on NC and GA.
