Beshear is way overperforming in western Kentucky. For example, Simpson County, very rural along the Tennessee border, was 60% Bevin in 2015, just 52% Bevin this time with 100% reporting. I think Beshear has this.

Beshear is up 53-45 in Warren County, that's where Bowling Green is. How did the Bowling Green Massacre not seal this county for Bevin?!
