Further strengthens Manchin's position in this race.

Patrick Morrissey is wrong for West Virginia - Republicans should remove all funding for him; he will lose big. Blankenship was the GOP's best shot at a pickup, though it was still a longshot.

The "Washington Free Beacon" isn't exactly a news website...at any rate, yes, it doesn't look great on face value, but considering what Jim Justice and Trump get away with, I doubt it's going to make a big impact.

West Virginians probably don't seem to care about Zinke or Pruitt so Manchin should be just fine. But then again, Manchin is marred by having a "D" next to his name. So it probably only matters for him and could hurt him after all.
