WV-SEN 2018: Haunted Manchin

and she said a big announcement is coming soon shes definetly going to do a write in campaign this race just got a whole lot messier

She doesn't have a cult personality like Blakenship and her name is hard to spell. I doubt she gets more than .5%.

She wants to get absolutely wrecked again? Ok, well that can be arranged.

A virtual no one winning 30% of the vote against a relatively popular incumbent and former Senator is getting ‘absolutely’ wrecked?

I mean she did a little better than everyone thought, but considering Manchin was basically asleep during this time frame and Paula Jean was giving it all she got then, but still getting walloped by like 40 points and losing every single county to Manchin (not even a coal county or two or even a college county), it may have not been the worst beating in electoral history, but yes, I would still consider her to have been wrecked.

Also he's a current senator.

And I suspect more then helf of here voters were R's still with a dem registration, who are far enough gone that they won't vote for a coal loving blue dog.

Oh, he would have won, easily. Most of Manchin's hate comes from more Liberal members who dont like his centrism. And while Manchin is established, Ojeda is populist and drives enthusiasm. And this doesnt change the fact that Morrisey is a terrible candidate. Lean D with Ojeda.
