  Perhaps Fillon's stance on the immigration/Islam issue had some support among French Jews in Israel, who found it much easier to vote for him than Le Pen.

OpinionWay polled the legislative election if Macron would win next sunday. The only polled  metropolitan France without Corsica. Their poll shows:

EM: 249-285 deputies
LR/UDI: 200-210
PS: 28-43
FN: 15-45
FdG: 6-8

So with the 42 others constituencies En Marche! could reach the absolute majority (threshold at 289 deputies).
And for FN it's 15-25 deputies.

I knew the Socialist Party was screwed, but I didn't think it would be blown out of existence.

If this poll is right, the Socialist Party is gone.

Since many En Marche! supporters were more centrist Socialists, the party could sway more to the left, but Macron needs to keep it moderate to prevent any anti-Socialist backlash from turning into anti-En Marche! backlash.

her party was built to run on a fascist message, her dad is a literal fascist, they have problems with holocaust-denials again and again and only changed recently from classical "old right" neo-nazism to cool, hip, new trendy "neo-rightism", even while big parts of the party, including her niece, didn't get the message.

besides the fact, that she is dangerous for the whole country and continent anyway.

Her father is messed up, and so are elements of the party, but she is not.  If it were her father running, I wouldn't support him, but it's not.

I don't want a liberal majority in the Assembly, just a center right one that opposes Russia.

The Republicans will most likely not get a majority but will come pretty close, and since they won't be led by Fillon, they will most likely be more opposed to Russia.  Also, using current predictions, if you assume all En Marche! candidates are also opposed to Russia, the National Assembly will have a 449-out-of-577-seat extremely strong majority opposed to Russia, no matter the president.  It won't be majority center-right, though.

that's not what I meant - I meant that the National Front, as a party, was going to move in a more right-wing direction and abandon Lyin Le Pen and her more vaguely "moderate" ways.

I doubt it.  If they got this far, they will probably attempt to moderate if they want to survive and even come closer to winning later on.

What's up with Aisne swinging hard right? Hollande won it by 5 points but Le Pen leads by 11, but there's still a lot of vote to count.

This runoff is not between the left and the right.

I'm just trying to understand why the only three departments Le Pen is currently leading in also happen to be places where Hollande won.

Because many voters would prefer a left-winger to a right-winger but prefer a candidate like Panzergirl to one like FBM. There's nothing strange about that.
