Biden should narrowly flip Georgia. there might be outstanding votes in a few other counties as well and again this is just one source
Dougherty is still partially outstanding. That's a safe Dem county, and any remaining ballots are likely mail-ins, which would be even more Dem.

If Biden wins this batch 15-2, he could flip the numbers. I think he'll probably wins it more like 14-3 given the last bath. The flip will have to come from the other metro counties or Chatham absentees.

I've done my fair share of trashing the Biden/Harris ticket, and still plan on staying a member of the GOP, but if you'd rather Trump over Biden after all these election hijacking tactics you got some authoritarian, anti-democratic problems in your life.
