Companies don't give you sick days if you work less than 40 hrs employees, that's why there are Labor Shortages, Companies employee you with an agency like Street Cleaners and give you 10/34hrs and if the work is slow in retail jobs send you homee after 4 hrs and you are supposed to work 6 or 8 hrs to avoid giving you sick days

Your not guaranteed 6 8 hrs but 4 hrs

The problem is the 4 Hr rule, Employers can guarenteed you Part time work but 30 or more hrs in a Pandemic, they can send you home especially retail jobs after 4 hrs and Factories and Street cleaning jobs follow suit so you don't get sick time working less than 40hr, 37=7hrs

You don't qualify for vacation below 30 and without sick days after 90 days, you walk off the Job, because many people get sick dealing with public in Covid, most minimum wage jobs are high turnover jobs.
