The prosecution is still making the case that he knowingly & willfully was a part of the conspiracy that involved making illegal campaign contributions & false statements to the government, they're still at the outset of establishing the totality of the conspiracy & we haven't even gotten to any testimony on FECA let alone Weisselberg's deliberate "grossing up" of Cohen's reimbursement in order to make him whole by declaring false income on his tax returns.

Not only does it not preclude him from testifying but he's going to have to tell the judge he knows it's his right to testify if he wants to and he's opting not to testify. He can say whatever he wants on the stand as long as it is truthful and relevant to his defense, the gag order does not supersede that.

The judge should definitely have already put Trump in jail.  It's pathetic to tell him he could end up there if he keeps violating gag orders when--by the judge's own reckoning--he's already done so NINE TIMES.  A threat only works if the recipient 1.) thinks there's a least a strong possibility it'll actually be carried out, and 2.) finds that prospect disagreeable enough to give the person threatening them what they want.  By not jailing Trump at this point, the judge is just sending the message that he doesn't have the balls to do so.

Not sure what you mean by delay tactics, but I think the ballpark estimate was 6-8 weeks -- so we likely have at least two more weeks minimum.

I still don't believe this case ultimately ends up before the jury. Either Team Trump finds something that ties the judges hands and forces a mistrial or there's a plea down to misdemeanors.
