Just love to see that this is not going to be an Ohio State year. AND it serves as a reminder that the PAC 12 actually exists.

Was a throwback to the days when the Pac-12 was a top 2 conference(before Oregon fell post Mariota and Stanford fell as well)
The Pac-12 was like the 4th-best conference lol.

Uh what , in 2012 it literally had two teams win BCS Bowl Games and finish in the top 10, and in 2010 they literally had two terms finish in the top 4. From  2003-2015 with the exception of Ohio state the Pac 10/12 used to own the Big 10 in big matches over and and over again .

I don't think anyone mentioned it earlier, but #10 Iowa won the Cy-Hawk trophy easily, defeating #9 Iowa State 27-17.

That would be a mild upset, I guess, but Arkansas is a lot better than they have been the last few years.  I couldn't quite bring myself to pick Arkansas, but that was very much expected to be a competitive game.

Another possible upset in the cards.

Appalachian State leads #22 Miami (FL) 14-12 at the half.

I'm starting to wonder, the way Texas is playing against Arkansas, if the players/coaching staff are opposed to the decision to join the SEC?

Terrific. Doesn't justify the hundreds of thousands we blow per student at those "schools." Shut them down.

Nobody would intentionally lose games for reasons like that.

Wild offensive shootout in Jonesboro, Ark. as Memphis built a big lead and held off a furious Arkansas State comeback to win 55-50.

And people laughed when I said the Aggies would play the Lobos close.

I took Vandy and BYU moneyline too, which is the last action of the night for me. Illinois blew my 5-team parlay, unfortunately. I knew they were bad, but not this bad. Would've paid $7500.

Sigh. My expectations for the year were low and yet I'm still being disappointed.

The Faux Irish almost lost to this team last week.

Today, they almost lost to Toledo.

Why are they a top 10 team again?

College football tradition dictates that Notre Dame, Michigam, and Texas must start out the year drastically overrated.

Tennessee used to be in that group too and it looks like pollsters finally learned their lesson after all those years, so maybe there is still hope.

Notre Dame does have that one year every five years or so where they go 12-0 against a questionable schedule and then get blown out in the BCS or CFP.
