Why don't they just kick em out? Don't want to create a scene? Arguably, it was the RNC's own stupidity that allowed this to happen.

Uh...they did. People here were complaining about that.

Each side just wants to complain of the other. One has the right to protest, the other has the right to eject. Fair is fair.

This is really a terrible speech. His worst since the infamous green screen speech.

Oratory is not McCain's strength... but American's already knew that.

I wasn't complaining that they were removed, they should have stayed outside. I was just defending their right to protest. The rest was my usual rant against the 2nd amendment.

I'm not sure he should have doubled down on energy with the price of gas starting to go down.... it is the only major argument of the economy that he has done well on in the polls.

Well we got some substance on energy but even there this fascination with drilling is curious. They do understand that is maybe 5% of what our energy plan should be.

I'm glad he doesn't want a return to the Cold War, the was actually one of my biggest fears of recent months.

I liked the reference to tide energy... there are actually some interesting research projects right now on the Oregon coast which could show some fruition in 10-15 years.

I guess excellent oratory and mediocre attempts at getting real results would be much better.
