Rep. Chris Carney of Pennsylvania for Clinton (district winner endorsement)

Looks like Clinton is going after the undecided Reps with that argument, and it's the only success she's having.

The Guam certification means that Pilar Lujan has been elected party chair.  Being that he announced support for the winner, Obama nets another superdelegate -- by seven votes.

Both candidates now have more superdelegates than there are undeclared ones remaining.

California DNC Ed "Mr. Super" Espinoza for Obama

Based on this post, Obama may have just picked up the nation's funniest superdelegate.

ABC News, the Huffington Post and DailyKos now all report Obama leading Clinton in superdelegate endorsements.

Among congressional endorsees, The Hill is reporting that Clinton and Obama are tied at 99 each; while Roll Call reports 99 for Clinton and 97 for Obama

They may not, quite, be up to date

Dave

DemConWatch has 99-92 Obama within Congress (18-13 among fellow Senators and 81-79 among Reps).

Both The Hill and Roll Call are now reporting Obama has 101 congressional endorsees; Clinton has 99

At-large Democratic National Committee member Vernon Watkins told The Associated Press in an interview Friday that he has decided to endorse Obama.

"The election is over, everybody knows that. Obama has won," said Watkins, a retired union member from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

It's unlikely.  Superdelegates rarely announce after dinner, especially on Friday.  It would have been a net 10 if not for Carney.

Oh, good point.  I keep forgetting that superdelegates aren't all in ET.  Tongue

Donald Payne's switch came at around 10 PM ET last night. Although on a Friday that's much less likely.

Rep. Ciro Rodriguez of Texas for Clinton

His endorsement release was amusingly defensive -- Clinton won his district heavily, he's thinking about his district and not the presidential race, etc. etc. etc.

Well, Ciro and Clinton go way back, so this isn't necessarily surprising.

But Ciro does have to think about his own survival here.  Without decent Hispanic turnout, he's going to have problems, even against whitey.

Is whitey well funded and creditiable? If so, that would be unusual for a Pubbie House challenger in this election cycle.
