Attend law school and you'll realize that the code is more like "guidelines" than actual rules.

Lets be honest, lying and cheating and stealing is OK as long as its done in a legal context.

Also to add to the above Judge Aileen Cannon is a registered Republican and donated $100 to Ron DeSantis' 2018 campaign. So her bias is quite a bit more obvious than the judge in this case.

Where was this same sense of history when Donald because the first President in U.S. history to violate the Emoluments clauses? The first President in U.S. history to openly run a criminal organization from the White House? The first President in U.S. history to commit treason and attempt a coup?

The shocking thing is not that he's been charged with crimes, but that it took so long.

There's probably not going to be much news for a while. The next hearing is December. I'm sure we'll get some scoops along the way with leaks and such and maybe some motions. But yeah I think a slowdown is expected
