Folks need to be very careful right now, especially posting unverified Twitter reports.

Most of y'all likely weren't covering some of the Twitter Drama going on regarding Afghanistan some 9 Months back, but actors will attempt spin, so personally would chill on posting "live updates" from random Twitter sources at this moment....

On twitter I saw a report of Ukranian fighter jets somewhere doing something. However, I won't re-post here so as to not spread any information on locations of Ukranian forces. Although that would almost certainly not help Russian intelligence, there is no reason to take even the slightest chance.

Keep that in mind everyone when potential reports about Ukranian army positions come in later on.

Putin's speech tonight was reportedly recorded several days ago. No surprise, but obviously this was all pre-planned. Which makes clear that the idea that it is a reaction to Ukrainian attacks or anything like that is total bullsh1t

If true, it's a major blow though. Mariupol is the 10th largest city in Ukraine and a valuable port/defensive city for the Ukrainian Army.
