You can clearly see the difference between Biden's speech and Harris's speech.  Harris gave a safe, no-mistakes, well-rehearsed teleprompter speech with appropriate emoting and inflection.  Similar to Clinton's acceptance speech in 2016.  It's the baseline for "good speech."  But Biden's was something much more special.

lol, these people are so stupid. They kept lowering the bar for Biden, so what the hell did they expect to happen when he cleared it?

Anyway, it is a moot point. Biden was exceptional tonight regardless if the bar was low.

That's ignoring though how they had two different agendas. Harris *had* to have that type of speech considering it was basically her intro to America.
